Aww, that’s unfortunate for them. They might be my favorite pet mob. I end up with so many that I park them on rooftops as decorative items (they give me Disney Tiki Room vibes)

Thank you! What kinda things do you build? Is it a certain style (cottagecore, medieval, fantasy, landscape, exterior design, interior?). My building is pretty basic, based upon builds I've seen people do online~

@fgmim a lot of the time I do village renovations where I find a village and make it look cool, but it all depends. I don't really have a certain style, but I do have one build I built recently with a new pallette I am really happy about. It's just a house on a dock with a water wheel but it's two stories and makes use of Acacia and diorite and tuff and moss, and spruce, and it has a really nice gradient. I try to pick an aesthetic for the village part and match some of the colors with the other builds, but I do things all over the spectrum. Except for interior. I always do an interior, but since I do it later, it's always just thrown together. I do seem to do a lot of fantasy stuff like a mushroom house with two floors that was just a big mushroom with the gills and everything! But I really only build in survival, so it takes forever.

I feel ya on the forever to build part. I mostly build in survival. I say mostly cause in one of our family world's I cheated and used creative/tutorials to build cool things for my daughter (a fairytale tower, mangrove boat, cemetery). On my own I tend to just build with whatever I have a lot of~

@fgmim Ooh cool! Yeah it's smart to build with whatever you have the most of cause from experience, building with stuff you can't get a lot of like nether materials is rough.

Thank you! It was fun, but to be honest could use more wife. I’ve got a few of these done, but we only recorded from my perspective. Setting her up to record so we can do another play through but with the two perspectives, which should make it much more dynamic.

Hey! Hope all’s well. I haven’t been here for a while either, so no worries. Appreciate your support! The story and illustrations are done, just wrestling with self publishing, or trying to actually get it published (I heard conventional publishers don’t really like it when a thing is self published). The wife and I decided if we can’t make headway by October we’ll just self publish and put it out then. Working on the second story now, and it’s sooo fun!
