    ( Church of the seven thunders). The God of Israel says to you, you are a liar you cannot repent this is what your fate will be. and the devil that decevied them was thrown into the lake of fire where the beast and the false lying preacher will be and they shall be tormented day and night forever and ever ( Rev 20: 10) this is the fate of all those that lied to Gods people.😅

    Hi Pastor thank you for this teaching very helpful. And also talking about destruction while preaching is the preacher's attire. Some especially women, this happened in our church. Our church pastor's wife was preaching and was wearing this tight jeans with her top tucked in. To be honest, I could not look at her while preaching because her front, the form of it, is very obvious. By the way, I am a woman, and I am not a lesbian. I am a pastor as well. Just opened our church. She was preaching her heart out, but it just did not get into me. And I just kept my head down while listening.

    Why would you want to preach without notes, what is the appeal?

    • @PracticalChurch
      @PracticalChurch หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ultimately, it helps you better engage with who you're speaking to. It also often correlates with your level of preparation and how strongly you can speak on the topic. Some notes definitely aren't a bad thing to help you stay on track. The important thing is to find the balance that works for you while continuing to work to rely on them less and less.

    I think it depends on HOW you preach. I use many cross references.I go verse by verse line by line. It is more tedious I do think bing thought preaching can do be without notes

    The Holy Spirit attracts people and is what will get them to stay. Not the fog machines and flashing lights. Sad that the church is trying to look more like the world to attract people rather than being a light and standing out from the world. If the lights and fog are what is attracting the baby believers then why is the underground church booming in places like China and the Middle East? Our priorities are all wrong 😢

    You know this thought just came to me, as this is a channel for "practical church planting". Where does the Lord instruct his disciples to plant churches that mainly focus on a Sunday morning gathering with a sermon? Aren't we called to make disciples and is preaching on a Sunday morning gathering really biblical and is it also an effictive tool to make disciples? When it comes to preaching I only see the Apostles preach the gospel to unbelievers and they would do it always outside the church. What we do in modern churches today is religious entertainment for 2 hours on a Sunday morning, where we have a worship concert followed by a lecture. I think the church our Lord Jesus had in mind looked rather different, and also the first believers gathered in a very different setting on a more daily basis with focus on relationships instead of formal meetings. It took me over 30 years to realize this. I now have left the Sunday morning system, and the Lord is leading me into a much more intimate relationship with him and with other fellow believers that he is placing beside me. I now love the church more than ever. I'm so excited and I can't wait to see what else the Lord has planned for me on this journey, but I can tell already that I don't want to exchange what I have now with the religious Sunday morning system where I was concerned about how to deliver a sermon and to perform a program. I hope and pray that this would be helpful for someone. If that is you and if you're in despair over the present status, give it some serious prayer. Maybe the Lord is calling you to a new chapter on your journey with him. If that's the case you'll be surprised how the Lord will put other believers around you and how the church comes alive. I won't tell you exactely what it looks like for me these days because the Lord might have something totally different in mind for you. And what I want to share is not an other new formula for church planting. But what I can tell you is that we as fellow believers share life together on an almost daily basis, where we encourage each other, pray for each other, celebrate communion, and also minister to people around us.

    Great topic and discussion. After listening to the arguments, what I got was that, what really matters is the heart of worship, or what is the reason behind the "fog machine". Just like the pen, it can cause destructive malice, or uplifting testaments. Even in Psalms it writes "Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord " So wether it's a loud clashing cymbal or a fog machine, using those things to help yourself, or others Praise Him, is the act of Praising Him.

    Just wanted to say thank you. I am someone who craves a structured and disciplined approach to most everything in life. I plan everything which God allows me to plan, and then I try to submit to the Holy Spirit in everything. Truly, this is very difficult and a struggle for me: the submission part. Your Sermon Template gives me a wonderful road map of how to get where I believe God is leading me to teach/preach. I even encourage those whom I'm discipling to use this Template during their daily Bible study to help them (and me) to try to focus on what the message is that God has for them (and me). I must admit that this template does require a lot of work to answer the questions. This is an excellent exercise in looking for the message in God's Word. Thank you.

    These are all really great and I am a subscriber. I wonder though, if you would consider making them slightly shorter? Generally I find shorter clips more enticing and at-a-glance will typically pick a shorter video over the longer one. I'm thinking about a 15 minute ceiling? Maybe 20 at the outside? Its just a thought. As for me, I will keep watching either way. God bless you in all your ministries.
