I actually experienced about 9 inches per hour in CT at a peak overnight in 2011. That would be extremely entertaining among the palms in one of my favorite places, Key West.

Nice emulation but I want to note that a wind chill is calculated by wind, and you inputted the wind chill at -69,420 with zero windspeed. I am aware that this isn't a real emulation, but I am saying this as a weather enthusiast for 6+ years.
