I just stumbled over your content. You seem like a really likeable person. Really articulate and passionate about the things you talk about. I'm enjoying this so far. I started running every morning through the woods near me quite some time ago and I've really felt the change mentally. Forests after all really were our ancestral homes. I can also vouch for cold showers - or deliberate cold exposure as science calls this more abstactly. The change in body temperature will help your body get used to temperature self-regulation and this has loads of other benefits. what do I want to see next from you? honestly, I don't really care, I just want to see you and what you're passionate about. so, you do you! ;)

9 languages? I am struggling with 4 languages. I am a native English speaker; my Spanish is at a B1 level, so it isn't the greatest. Learning Italian for the past 3 months now and just started learning German yesterday. So, I am only focused on learning Italian and German at the moment. Did you learn 1 language at a time? Or were there times you were learning 2 at a time? Also, how do you reach a B2 level with either Spanish or Italian? So much to figure out! I think once I get my Italian at least a B2 level I can start with Spanish to hopefully do the same. German is a completely different beast. I started with trying to figure out the class system with the nouns and how they work alongside verbs. Very complicated stuff German. I think I need to organize better my studies in these languages.

Great point! Learning starts before you get the information. You curiousy, your beliefs, your concerns from your experience will drive you to learn what you need. Your belief system will process all the information you see in a particular ways to give sense to them. It will connect new information to what you already know. - If we learn something new, it's like we are building a town in the middle of nowhere and we could not get access there. Information need to be fed, we need to build path and connections so that we could stimulate them again, otherwise, they will be lost in your memory. As far as otherthinking, I think if we are smart enough, we need to know how not to waste mental energy to irrelevant things. Being effective is another quality (Overthinking might give you more pathways tha t could be used in the future, the work might have a delayed effect.) The art of getting things right on the target on the first try. It's more elegant way to narrow down carefully things but it needs maturity. Maturity always grow from mistakes and bad experience.
