2:29pm Feb 2nd, 2025 Sunday. Was on the CN Fox River Sub Today, and saw the train headlights in the distance. it stopped, waiting on a signal to changed? Idk why it stopped, but after waiting for minutes, they finally started going. No idea was the symbol for this train but I know it’s L5?? something, I suppose. Gonna called this L500 for now. This is the same pair of GP40-2LW Engine that I caught last time. But, I was able to catch 9452 Leading instead of 9515. Oh yea, I didn’t missed the crossing activation but barely did. My only catch on this day.
Canadian National Afternoon L500 Local Freight Train East on the Fox River Sub Passing through Badger Avenue Railroad Crossing in Appleton, Wisconsin. CN 9452 with a Ekyrail E-Bell. Which I was not expecting it to have. This crossing is on Fox River Sub and owned by CN Railway. These signals were installed in the early or late 80s or 90s? installed by the WC? And this a very nice, Cool Safetran install. The reason why I went to this crossing is because it has the only hybrid bell on the line. Which I’m happy about, it still here.
