Handpan Meditation - Marta and Fede - Quiet Frequencies
After many Handpan Meditation sessions, in this video I’m playing together with my beloved Marta.
I’d like to highlight that this was one of our first attempts: I had invited Marta to play with me several times before, but she never felt ready.
I’m so proud of her because this happened so spontaneously and naturally. I’m aware that the performance isn’t perfect, but I’ve decided to share it anyway, because what matters most to me in this video is the connection and deep respect we felt in the present moment.

Great music! It's really been helping with my pain. I had surgery a few weeks ago and haven't taken any prescription pain medicine since I left the hospital. I think my musical choices have a lot to do with that. I've been listening to lots of handpan music and also, various other Solfeggio, binaural beats and whatnot.
