Friend I see you putting the weights in the bucket. Good for you, Google farmers lift. Hold 2 buckets and walk 1time up and down the garage. Don't overload yourself with weight.

@@RCRtrack I was told to be careful when lifting. Modern weight wheels so to speak are wider so as to keep the bar higher when you lift. Or keep a good strong technique.

Good form, especially with how low the bar is. Normally people deadlift with powerbars and 20kg plates, which make the range of motion smaller, but this is harder . If you can keep a good form on this then you will be alright.

good job brother, i suggest you should get bigger weights but same amount of kgs, you will reduce the risk of injury because you are bent too much when you are ttrying to pick up the bar, got large round weights, and try it again. all in all, good job
