Nothing in particular. I used a non-perfumed shampoo which was just fine. I've been recommended a topical finasteride shampoo afterwards, but have no real experience with it.

Hi Akz Cho, sorry for the late reply. I did use finasteride, but been of the drug for about a month now as I wanted to see how it affected me. :) I hope your result is awesome! You must be seeing some serious development about now.

Hi there, I see you have posted your question twice, so just going to answer here :) You can expect new hairs to appear up until 14 months after the transplant. I am somewhat of a late bloomer, and I do still have the sensational feeling of new hair popping out. Though, I do have patches that have yet to show more density, and I doubt at this point (1 year) that I am going to see a significant improvement unless I undergo a new procedure. Thank you very much for your insights. I agree the asymmetrical shape definitely makes it more natural, overall I really like the shape of the designed hairline and the positioning on my forehead. I never knew that a single follicle could appear differently due their anagen phase, but I agree that it is something people would hardly notice the multi-haired grafts and overall I am really enjoying the result.

I've thought about it, but I'd rather go for a second transplant and achieve a fuller appearance.

@@hairtransplantadventuredk-9393 Absolutely. Yeah get a second when you're ready but I do think yours looks great right now . I guess everyone always sees their own hair as the worst but another hair transplant is still possible after SMP. It's the single most effective thing I've ever done to improve density. Can't recommend it enough. Looks like you have twice as much hair in about 4-5 hours. I got snap all over . Sides too which most don't when they're not fully bald. You don't even have to shave your head.

@@ahsanahmed7860 - Luckily there are plenty of good cases showing good results using FUT + FUE, so as long as you have a good doner area and find a skilled surgeon, you should be good to go. Best of luck mate. :)

Hi there! I did lose hair after a month. It’s part of the process, your newly implanted grafts will shed due to trauma from the operation, this is perfectly normal. New hairs will grow in time, please see some of my more recent videos where I cover this process. Best of luck to you sir.

I do see extra “dandruff”, as the new hair is piercing the skin creating small scabs. It was very intense for awhile and had me concerned until I figured out what it was. As the new hair phase is falling in place I see a reduction in the amount of dandruff created, which is very reassuring. No issue towards itching or similar
