Pwede naman po 😊 its up to you naman pero for me I find it more effective pag both.

Recommended po is daily pero iwasan po natin lagyan ng conditioner directly ang roots natin magiging oily po kasi ang scalp..start from the ends po ng hair then work your way up and stop before you reach the roots po

Yes di talaga sya puno pero sakto naman po sya sa ml na nakalagay sa bottle..unfortunately as for the seal di ko na kasi maalala if nakaseal pa sya or nakaremove na 😅 you can ask and send you feedbacl naman sa seller

I think that would be fine based on experience hehe kasi I leave the shampoo on my hair for I don't know how long while nagsasabon sa buong katawan and I think that would be 5 mins or close to 5 mins already
