Are you glad you went with the conventional swing rather than a 920 or 926 compact
I have a 926 compact has well they are both great machines.

Hes checking the grade ( elevation) the orange dot tells me itat the right elevations to that point.
I use trimble earthwork it works great

He's making sure I'm digging to the proper elevation. The paint dot is telling me the elevation is good up to that point.

Hand signals save on some paint. Or use that swivel and save them painted good "dots" yourself

Why not just use a motor grader?
Operators like you are gold to a company, quick and precise, and all times that you put the bucket on the ground you fiil it. The labourer is a very good one too, he put a mark when you are turning right and when you are turning left he is already out, it is perfect. Greetings from a motograder operator from Spain

Hello. I'm Korean and I'm riding Doosan equipment. Thanks to you, I'm a subscriber who enjoys watching the video. Have you tried Lycar3d and Trimble3d products?! I'm curious about the pros and cons. I think you've used Trimble 3D in the video I wonder what you think.
I use trimble earthworks I find it more user friendly and when you purchase trimble it comes with free up dates for 5 years
Grading beam is the equivalent of stabilizers on a kids bicycle if you know you know👌

Rototilt is terrible
In my opinion, Rototilt is the best tiltrotator on the market.
@Steve Lafontaine if you actually use them for normal digging the main seal on the rotating part blows because there is way to much flex in the entire unit
On my first mache, my Rototilt was pin on the boom. I couldn't take it off . I was ripping frost with it every day all truethe winter. I even had a hammer on it a few times. I never had a single leak on it. I have a buddy who does the same work I do but use Engeco 2 of his split apart, well digging, and one broke the warn gears. He has now switched over to Rototilt. Hasn't you had any problems since

What width track shoes does this machine have? When you slew around the full 360 degree of the slew radius does the machine remain within the track width or is there still overhang?
It's has 900 mm 36" tracks shoes . The back of the machine. It's pretty flush with the tracks when you slew around. The 900mm shoes also make the machine really stable
@@stevelafontaine1922 would you say wider tracks with no blade is better for stability than narrow tracks with blade? I'm looking to replace a CAT 321DL with a similar reduced tail swing 25t machine but really been struggling to land on a suitable replacement. Most manufacturers have now gone for narrow tracks with blade but when you slew around the cab projects upto 450mm past the tracks so how is that reduced tail swing when the cab sticks out twice as much as the tail. Also have found machines with 600mm tracks and blade, whether CAT or Volvo quite unstable when working over the side of the tracks. Have got 800mm tracks on the CAT 321DL and it's super balanced and stable around the full slew radius.
@Gerard B Personally, I don't like the blade; I find it more of a nonsense than an asset. A specialty when you have a tilt rotator. I found this machine very well balanced specialty even with the haded weight of the tiltrotator and quick change coupler

I'm currently loving my Volvo ec220el as if never been much of a reduced radius fan although I appreciate the capability they offer .. isnt leibherr hard to get parts for around us?
No harder then any of the other brand . I can get almost any part shipped overnight
