Why is you fronting talking about chicken broth. That is not how Arabic’s give their rice flavor, they use multiple herbs and spices and in fresh chicken broth. You just did it the American way and called it arabic. No sir

If your dates are soft you dont need to soak them, also try adding few dates, and more nuts, like 1:5 ratio, itll work perfect and binds easily too

I just made this. So glad I found your recipe. It’s so easy to follow. I used the Moghul brand medium grain basmati. The only difference is I added red onions to the cooking and I transferred to the rice cooker. I just don’t hv enough confidence to cook rice over the stove yet. 😅 It turned out so delicious, fluffy, fragrant and perfectly cooked. My whole family loved it. Thank you. ❤
