Ex Tankie who just loves everything miitary
United Kingdom
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 6 ส.ค. 2018
As an ex 17th/21st Lancer serving on Chieftain then Challenger Main Battle tank I set up this channel to showcase events, shows, re-enactment displays and days out.
With a focus on heavy metal tanks, armour, and everything in between.
Love of everything WW1, WW2 and the 1940s, showcasing the best of what is on offer. We will have tanks, aircraft, battles and so much more.
Covering events from up and down the country, historical sights and museums, along with a lot more besides.

The Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah is a seven-cylinder British air-cooled aircraft radial engine of 834 cu in (13.65 L) capacity introduced in 1935 and produced until 1948. Early variants of the Cheetah were initially known as the Lynx Major.
The Cheetah was used to power many British trainer aircraft during World War II including the Avro Anson and Airspeed Oxford.

The group carried our a number of woodland battles against stiff German opposition, in the woods at the Victory Show. They were highlighting the plight of the air landing brigade's role in operation market garden during the latter stages of WW2 and the appalling losses faced by the brigade. A role which is often forgotten in books and films. #airborne #lifestyle #trending #battle #subscribe #ed...

Where's this?
Nice video I was at the Victory show to
The title is straight up click bait
Currently building ours in Lincolnshire, how did you come by so much quality timber and how much did it cost may I ask?
Great sound
Boys AT Rifle on a Universal Carrier is something I have never thought about and would like to know more on
Is that a boys AT rifle instead of a bren gun?
was gonna say, that muzzle brake looks awfully familiar. did the Bren Gun Carriers get used like this in WWII? Like an L3/33 CC
@@agiliteka yeah it was usually used pre and early war when AT rifles still had some use and considering the weight and recoil of one it makes sense they'd put it in a bren gun carrier, plus its armoured to withstand the machine guns on a panzer 1 or squad based mg
it is a boys AT rifle, i should know as i'm sat in the drivers seat :p carriers did carry Boys AT rifles alongside Bren Lmgs and rifles for the crw, the idea was actually to use the carrier as transport you'd approach the target the AT crew would dismount and engage while the carrier withdrawals but it's not ideal for a swift getaway so the AT rifle was sat in the front it had 2 leather straps to secure it during transport and the bipod was to be stored under the wireless battery box in the back
@@NottsAndDerbyLHG39-45 that makes a lot of sense really I couldn't imagine having to be the poor bastard that has to carry around a rifle like that, being able to drive it most of the way must've been quite the relief.
I want one
Try Bruce Compton, u K. Dealer, online If, he ain't got one, betcha he can, getcha one.😊😊
Wow, that was well done/acted out, fairplay to him. Was this in a woodland skirmish at Victory Show?

I tried to join his group messaged his page and he completely ignored me seems got a bit of a bad impression of the guy from that
Great effort with the film. Must’ve taken a lot of hard work. I just released our WW2 short film in our channel yesterday, and it took six months to make. Would love for you to watch it and hear your thoughts.
