It’s an okay color but it would better with an airbrush with Space Marines. Not a fan of contrast paints with a brush unless it is really textured on the surface.

I dunno man, I think apothecary white just doesn’t look good. Might be just be better off undercoating light gray and highlight it up to pure white.

Why does mine always come out like a dark gray like yours is gray but lighter then mine

Be better in a light gray primer. Tamiya Fine Surface primer is the way to go.

Light actually penetrates the paint and flreflrct back out. This is why reds are brighter if you undercoat with yellow
