At 7 months old, our second child Gideon was diagnosed with Peroxisomal Biogenesis Disorder. This is a rare, terminal genetic disorder, that so far, has left him legally blind and profoundly deaf. This channel is mostly dedicated to sharing the joyful moments we have with him and his siblings.

First International Family Vacation
We took the kids to Turks and Caicos in April!
We weren't sure how Gideon would do on a plane; but he surprised us all and did great!!!

Josiah loves his big brother Gideon SO much! He always wants to read to him and find ways to play with him. Their bond is precious and even though Gideon can't use words to express his love, his actions certainly do. 💜 Gideon has a Peroxisomal Disorder which has left him legally blind and profoundly deaf. Gideon is legally blind & profoundly deaf, so tactile input is so important. My husband keeps his beard long just because Gideon loves it. This sweet moment tonight happened after his bath.
