Did you get your camera to work? Mine says the same thing

Yes it does. It is on the photos you take by default and can’t be changed.

I think may have a different one. This one requires batteries.

Yeah if it is a micro usb to usb a cord and it doesn’t fit your computer then yes you have to. Otherwise if you have an sd card slot you can transfer them that way.

Unfortunately you cannot hear sounds on the camera itself due to the absence of a speaker. But you can upload it to a computer via usb cable.

With this camera unfortunately you cannot put the photos onto your phone. But you can transfer your photos onto a desktop or laptop via sd card or the micro usb cable included.

Yeah it’s a little hard to get open not going to lie. But you have to push and slide it to the left. I hope this helps :)

@@deathslayer1653 k got it and I don't know where to get memory card but I put only batteries where to get memory cards and my front camera kinda looks different from yours and how to delete photos and when I click on TH-cam button it says no files exist sorry if too much

You can't download music directly into it. You have to use the charging cord and connect it to a computer and look online for free mp3 websites. The one I recommend is freemp3cloud. Another option is you can use the fm and am radio that is provided with the mp3 player. I hope you find this useful.

@@angela-cf1zd I fixed mine yesterday, take out the batteries for a minute place them back in it and hold down the on button for at least 30 seconds. Also this camera is very picky about batteries so make sure they’re new and use the brand DURACELL

i've done i think almost everything there is, i've went back to the store and replaced it and even the batteries, i've took everything thing out and later put it back in to reset it, but even now it says "sad card not ready" i honestly guess people just get lucky with this camera at this point 😭😭

Yeah you could say that. They aren't the best but they are good for the pictures that the details don't matter. This camera mainly expresses the waterproof part and not the quality of pictures. But to get the best pictures you need to be in well lighted areas like outside. Lmk if there is anything else you need to know.

The camera in my video doesn't charge. It takes batteries. If you are talking about another camera. I would try to find an online user manual or search the web for more information.

yeah you definitely have a better opinion than i do. i mean if you want a top of the line camera, obviously don't get this one. it is really aimed mostly towards kids and people who just want a simple easy to use camera. I actually had the same problem but that is because i threw it across a pool. But you a 100% right about this camera. they exaggerated the "waterproof" part. i would just say that when you buy cheap, you get cheap and to just be mindful that it isn't unbreakable.

unfortunately I don"t know the answer to that. I found out there is a restart button on the opposite side of the SD card slot. try that and lmk if it doesn't work :)

Take out the sd card then turn it off and back on the it will take you to the setup screen . :)

Hello i have a question if i go into my bath with the charger port where you plug in the charger will it break or is that waterproof aswell

@@darvinlopez6191 no they can not be submerged under water. It is ipx4 water resistant which means it is protected from splashes from any direction. Let me reiterate. It is not waterproof. It is water resistant. A lot of people think waterproof and water resistant mean the same thing. But they are completely different.

Yes, it does support iphone 12. but you need a USB A to Lightning Connector. The iphone 12 comes with a usb c to lightning connector.
