Wow, you can tell in your face how much weight you are losing, so I think the scale was lying to you, haha😂. Do not apologize for "boring meals," girl, those are what keep me on track. If I do not prep and have those boring meals/snacks handy and ready to go, I am in trouble. Nothing wrong w/having the same things if it works and you like it, I am so glad I can do it. I have friends who literally cannot eat the same thing twice in a week. I usually eat the same meal, or a close variation of, almost daily. I try to spice it up here and there, but if not, I am safe!

I've heard that the Alpro vanilla yoghurt is lovely so must get some. You're right, more protein is the way to go! Great vlog!

I love a tuna pitta wrap. I use lighter than light mayonnaise and mix it with fat free Greek yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper - I also add the gherkin juice from the jar lol 😂. Sounds strange but saw it somewhere, it’s delicious. I’m obsessed with the burger gherkins. I do love coconut milk too with my cereal etc. I don’t have it with tea or coffee. Normally just have semi skimmed. I hate it when it’s windy and raining together. Have you ever tried cauliflower rice? I did and really don’t like it. Maybe I need to mix it with veg or something. Our oven is rubbish too. Your chilli looks lovely ❤. My hubby got some less than 10% fat mince. I thought it would be high in syns but it’s not so bad. Xxxxx

Can't understand why you would wash your hair going to the hairdressers you still pay the same if you let them wash it you shouldn't worry about the price of coffee you work hard enough you deserve them another great video slow down a bit 👍

I always go in w/dirty hair so my girl washes it, nothing beats a good hair washing by someone else! 😂Also, treat yourself to those coffees, my goodness, you deserve it.

You appear to eat to much chilli. Be careful can cause you to have piles or even haemorrhoid. They very painful. Surgery can b painful. So be careful.
