Hey Karanja's i have a question isn't in- job-training different from work experience? In job training is like joining college to get skills or become certified then you go work for company to get work experience so that you can now be fully exmployed after the 2 years or more

But he's the one taking care of my son, and he wanted to add him in his case, is there going to be a problem in the interview?? Because he did not play with him during the entry process, he only added him after the selection. Pls advice me...
