Matthew Perry died here.
It actually seems like he died at his Pacific Palasades home on Blue Sail Dr...the police and camera crews were outside it. He did just post a pic of this hot tub tho.
My understanding was that he did pass in he's home & is believed he drowned in a hottub but couldn't be this home cuz guy on this video walk through said Mathew perry bought it in 2011 & lived in it until 2017 & sold it & Mathew perry just passed in 2023

9000 Hopen sold in April 2021 for $7,000,000.00 sold by Jason at The Oppenheim Group. The home was originally listed in June of 2017 for $12,500,000.00 it didn't sell at that price. The property was relisted in March of 2020 for $9,950,000.00 again it never sold.
