Landlords are not allowed to open your cabbies due to privacy and they can't complain about the weeds in the garden just make sure that house is clean tidy and lawns are done.

I wouldn't rent from her. Why? There's absolutely no accountability for wear and tare. If you have lived in an rental property having carpet, the carpet should be replace. Many management and owners are cheap and will hire cleaners instead of replacing the carpet. I suggest using making your own recording. Research know your rights by looking up for your state, and city.

So my tenant did not pay (pay and stay). I usually file for Money and Possession at the same time. This time, I already have a Money judgment. Do I use the same Landlord/Tenant Complaint form for Possession only, since the previous judgment accounts for the Money judgment? (ie indicate on the form that Rent is Unsatisfied, but not entering Rent Due.)

Just because you can does not mean you should. If you are raising rent to satisfy greed rather than to cover rising costs, then you lack an ethical core. That makes you a bad person.

Should have showed the guys what a USED tampon looks like, especially after a heavy flow. "Go ahead, boys, put that bloody rag in YOUR pocket. Let it sit there for the rest of the night as your sitting on the couch, dancing and grinding on your boyfriends. I'm sure it's not going to stain whatever its fluids touch." You're ensuring the ladies will NEVER wear these clothes again, and likely never come to one of your parties again, either.

For 3 years in high school I had a summer job working at an all girls high school. One day, after a huge rain storm, my friends and I arrive at work. Our boss, the head of maintenance, kept referring to "white mice". I was young and naive and thought he meant rodents. Long story short, the storm caused thousands of flushed tampons and sewage to back up and flood the basement of one of the campus buildings. It was an experience I will never forget.

Had you billed them when it happened, the trash can talk would be unnecessary. It's amazing how smart pet get when they get hit in the billfold because of their own stupidity

Yes teach your boys to keep trash cans in the bathroom for the convenience of their female companions. Yes teach your girls to bring along an emergency bag so that they can bring their tampons out of the bathroom and throw it in the kitchen trash. Sanitary pads of course come with a convenient little plastic cover that you can roll them up into. We as humans in general need to do better, flushing a tampon is not an emergency solution, it's a bad choice. I understand that it would be embarassing to have to ask someone at the party for help on such a situation, which is why teaching them to be prepared is so important. In an absolute emergency situation, what you could do is squeeze out all the excess blood from the tampon into the toilet, then roll it in some toilet paper, wash your hands thoroughly, and then it should be dry enough to hold while you bring it to the kitchen trash. It's not pretty but you gotta do what you gotta do, better than having a plumber have to deal with it. The sign was hilarious and ridiculous though XD

At least you are on town plumbing. On a septic system, particularly one with a pump back set up this can be a huge expense.

Sorry but women need to learn a thing or to about what can and can not be flushed, when I worked at a home improvement store my main job was a janitor ( they said maintenance ) and I was always having to remove adult diapers ( for the lack of better terms) for the toilets in the lady's restroom.

This is the reason why boys should be present when menstruation gets taught to girls. Because unless you plan to be a priest in a monastery then they'll still encounter our little monthly problem. It shouldn't be taboo

Or maybe women can take care of themselves and not treat men like servants. If you have have something that requires disposal, you should bring a bag along, that's common sense. I know I know, I'm a bigot for daring to suggest women be treated as adults. So offensive of me.

My mother (of 5 daughters) didn't want a bathroom trash can because they get smelly. For years I had to discretely walk pads wrapped in toilet paper from the bathroom to the kitchen trash can. I have my own house now and put a can in each bathroom to spare my daughter from that. I use little trash bags for them, and they don’t smell at all.

Not only should they have trash cans, even guys should stock feminine hygiene products under the sink

As a sewer service tech for 20 years I would like to add that getting young ladies to heed a proper sign and put their hygiene products in a readily available trash bin is hard enough without those things you are doomed

I unclogged numerous toilets (mostly in women's restrooms) in twenty years as a maintenance man. Even with special containers and trash cans MANY females don't use them.

What the actual fuck!?! Put them in your pocket?!? 😳🫠 I would have never in my whole life ever considered asking a woman to do that, and certainly not my girlfriend, having a trash can in you bathroom is just good sense anyway but that’s absolutely beyond the pale! It makes me very sad to think anyone that careless and stupid could get a college degree, but I realize there are I a lot of certifications/credentials you can get in life if you pay enough money and try hard enough even if you’re not very smart.

As a maintenance guy, I can not tell you how many woman's tampons I have pulled out of toilet drain lines and septic systems. How about teaching girls and women about properly disposing of feminine hygiene products. I have seen far more of these issues than whatever a man tosses down the drain.

When Mom has not been able to teach them not to pee all over the wall and toilet and the floor a trash can is a real stretch. These guys are totally clueless about women. Womens health or anatomy or physical needs. They deserve to have all those girls just walk away from them. And no. No woman anywhere is going to put a tampon in her pocket.

Good advice and I agree that young men should learn the value of having a trash can in the bathroom. However, it ain't just the guys that have issues. I've worked for some big companies and I usually wound up talking to the folks (mostly female) that clean the bathrooms. The question of which bathrooms were worse always came up and the answer was always the same. The women's bathrooms would sometimes have feces or used toilet paper on the floor (or walls!) and it was just disgusting. And these bathrooms had nice, large trash receptables (though the debris should probably have been flushed down the toilets. Mens restrooms, no problem. These were large buildings with multiple bathrooms and supposedly professionals using them (no customers were using them). These weren't 18,19 and 20yr olds. These were adult women.

I got to teach multiple Licensed Architects about why there were trash cans in women’s public restrooms!! One has even thought that the “Disp.” abbreviation on the drawings was for dispenser, not disposal.

You know, as a mom to a 16 year old son, I have a playlist titled "Be a better mom" for things just like this.... to hopefully prepare him for whatever adulthood has in store (that I didn't think about). This video is now on that playlist. KUDOS!

I had something like this happen to me when i first moved into a new home. I was 8 months pregnant and lived there for two weeks at most. The toilet backed up, they unclogged tampons, they tried to blame me. Like dude, i dont have a period.

That right there is the funnest thing I have heard in some time. Hell I knew that way back in the 70's! My how times have changed!
