集塵機の比較、選び方、リョービ、ケルヒャー、Vacuum cleaner,RYOBI,KARCHER

集塵機 導入にあたり、ケルヒャー、ボッシュ、リョービ、マキタ、日立、三菱、東芝などから迷いながら決めました。導入後試行錯誤した結果です。 リョービは最近購入しました。決め手は同クラスで内部の円筒濾紙のサイズが一番大きそうだったからです。負圧や流量はカタログ値ではなく実用途で使ってみないと適正化どうかわからないです。リョービは工業用と記載ありましたが連続使用時間の制限記載は無く、過負荷検知センサーなどが動作するまでＯＫよみたいです。 例えばクリーナー前段にサイクロンを設置してゴミはそこで回収、クリーナは負圧発生装置と割り切った使い方をして、毎日8時間連続集塵しても持つのかなと疑問です？ 液体に関しては今のところ考慮していませんがそのうち必要に応じて試行錯誤してみます Vacuum cleaner,RYOBI,KARCHER

スポット溶接のペンを自作。材質はアイアンウッドのウリンを使用。 綺麗な木目です。溶接作業時の楽しみです。 電流値を測定していますが、結構な大電流で驚きました。 ALiExpressをみていたら同じような銘木を使った物があり 商魂のたくましさを感じました。 ウリンは自宅の玄関階段を作った時の端材です。 既に10年たちますが、表面は灰色になりますが問題なく、改めて強靭な木材だと思いました

過去中国製の買えそうなCO2検討しましたが、置き場所で断念しました。 使用頻度から考えると高出力はレンタルスペース使用と思っています

The 304 or 316 stainless steel ones are decently strong, as seen in the tests. Only small issues is that the gate latch areas are quite sharp in quite a few of the versions you get in the market, so for use in my particular application, these sharp edges would rub, cut, catch and abrade our kite line fibres (kevlar, polyester, nylon or UHMWPE) over time when attaching and removing. They are also a bit heavy if you need a 8cm or longer carabiner for easier handling during use. 8cm = 63g, 10cm = 121g. 11cm = 185g
Actually the carabiners tested in this test are actually quite strong. I have the 19g "Arumi" type in the video, though mine are 22g. They can hold my 65-70kg weight in a test just fine and the aluminum at the gate end did not deform in any way or what, and even if i were to try to "jump" a little bit they are ok. I measured about 100kg on the scale while i was "jumping" the same way. I use them in securing kite laundry. I also use the said 12kn and 24kn carabiners securing the main big kites. The issue is the dynamic loading. Check this out. A 20,000lb rope can fail but not a 5,900lb rope, due to dynamic load absorption. th-cam.com/video/WDIo-WZkSaM/w-d-xo.html
If you need a stronger carabiner, just go to Aliexpress and get those 12kn carabiners made of 7075 aluminum. Around 1.25usd shipped, very strong stuff and most importantly the carabiner has a latch at the gate end so that it does not fail so very prematurely. If you need an even stronger carabiner, get the 24kn China ones, also made up of 7075 aluminum. These are still not for climbing though. And if you want to take out the dynamic shock/impact loading of dropping something from 2m, 10m, just use some nylon dynamic climbing rope. With a 7mm nylon dynamic rope and the carabiner, you can drop a 500kg weight from 10 metres and it probably would not fail, though of coz as a safe working load (SWL) you probably would not wanna exceed 100kg or so.
Take the music out. The test is good. I recommend a quick release clip so you can remove it fast by hand. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you.
