Out in Wisconsin there is a small group of friends that like to have a little fun. This year we held the first every race in a snow covered field called the Stimulus 600. Everyone bought a car for under 600$ and meet on a cold 5 degree Saturday afternoon to race for last car standing. Here are the highlights.

97 f super duty not f450 first year of the f450 is 99
Not true the F-450 and F-Super Duty are the same thing... the Badge and marketing says F-Super Duty but the owners manual calls it an F-450 some autopart stores have F450 and others have F-Super Duty it goes by both names
@@machscga6238 just because auto parts stores call it an f-450 doesn't make it correct it's a f-super duty 99 is the first f-450 production year '98 but model year 99 The reason why they didn't carry on the super duty name because they introduced a f550 versus the super duty line in '97 only way to distinguish the difference between the chassis was the GVW
@@Shovelhead-Greg It's not just some of the auto parts stores look up the PDF for 1995 F-series owners manual directly from the Ford website... (first number is the original page number, the second number after the / is the PDF page number) pages 230/232 and 238/240 both call the F-Super Duty an F-450 you can check the Axle codes and vin... the owners manual doesn't call it an F-Super Duty at all... The owners manual only calls it an F-450... and Ford always had F-500 and F-550 going back way past OBS square bodies and into the old palace bodies of the 50s 60s and 70s... F-Super Duty was just a marketing gimic it was still an F-450.
it was a fun day,bad chad and his trump mobile was the hit of the day for a bunch of rowdy neighbor boys.
We loved seeing the spray painted message on the pickup roof---and couldn't agree more! Looks like everyone had a blast---what a great event, in such a great part of the country. Way to go, Wisconsin!
