10 Items to Enhance Your Cruise Experience!
so master is 500k lol
It sounded like he wrote out his review and then read it. Kind of annoying. And he reviewed based on his preferences, doesn’t mean things were bad. Just because the MDR was bad the first night didn’t mean it would be every other night.
I received Express Boarding for my cruise on Allure of the Seas on September 30. I was on a solo cruise and I was staying in a balcony stateroom and I thought I got the Express Boarding because I was solo. I too used my passport as identification.
It's like, that ship was home and now I have to leave? But I don't wanna...
10pm might be a to late but they should definitely extend it to about 8pm
That is a stupid headline. Oh course it’s worth it. It’s hard to even go to dinner today in a decent restaurant for under 75.00 bucks per person. You get room and board, entertainment, service, food and drink for so little money. YES, ITS WORTH IT, BIG TIME. If you are American and like fast food crap this is not the cruise for you. Go on an American cruise line that uses more processed foods.
Martinez John Moore Mary Walker Linda
Honestly... its totaly stupid. Wasting time for those island location instead going to some intresting and real places. and what we can do on island? the same what on the ship: swim on swimming pools, drink in the bars, go to open space on the sun, attend some events...
Actually 800 points are enough to get you a free cruise, albeit the availability is very small. Also, a 25000 points tier has also been added. Those are recent changes, though. In my humble opinion it is not worth it to gamble aiming more than 3000 points on any given cruise.
Did you book the taxi ahead of time in Bermuda or just get one at the port? Also did you negotiate the price or did they tell you up front the cost? Thanks for the tips!
Hello, is this just North American and Caribbean cruises or is the casino program worldwide? I’m in Australia and can’t find much about it here. Thanks 🙏

I was on a seven days cruise last week with the same ship: 1. Daily plans are available upfront in the app (after boarding) included making reservations for the shows. 2. Table and time for Dinner were done before we boarded the ship. We could this decide directly after we booked (two weeks before the cruise) 3. Salt and pepper were always on our dinner table. 4. Cabin was cleaned two times a day minimum even more if you wanted too 5. Food was amazing restaurants or buffet. 5. We loved the only adult infinity pool at the end of the ship without any kids. 6. Theater was near every night fully booked (no seats available anymore to reserve). 7. Near every area of the ship inside was cooled except sometimes the elevators and the area in front of the elevators. Every other experience depends on what are you used too. We had people they had around 40 cruises done never would MSC again and we had people with around 40 cruises would never go on another cruise line except MSC. Be aware around 40% are Europeans on this ship. (Germans, Spanish, Italians, Greece and so on). Customer service is not always what Americans are used to be. Less small talk etc. I loved it, my girlfriend loved it. Like i said it is depending what you expect for some a hit for other people a miss. I would go anytime again. We looking right now into a 22 day cruise with MSC next year from Naples, Italy to Miami, FL
I don’t really gamble but met old folks and showed me how to get free cruises. they taught me how to play craps my wife game me 300$ for 13days i win some days and lose some days it was fun loss it all end of the cruise i got a certificate as choice and for this year my wife and I took 9 cruise.& mostly payed taxes and fee. i only have 600 tier credit now , will i lose my choice status by april and won’t be receiving any more reward? please answer. Thank you so much.
Interesting hope this will work for me next year

I’ve only been on 1 cruise and that was in 2016 on MSC. I’m finally going on another cruise, leaving 9/22 on MSC. I don’t have anything to compare to, but I remember the first cruise and had a good time. This time I’m going all alone. I expect to enjoy it even more!
Great review! I enjoyed how you highlighted what you enjoyed but what could use improvement. Thanks for the video!
Kids Club?
I believe it's Nas sa. Not Nas sow.
How did you claim it though? Through the casino royal website with a code or through the royal Caribbean app. Can you explain how you actually redeemed it
We did a 28 day transatlantic on MSC Seashore it was bas food the worst. I'll stick with Princess.
I'm cruising on this ship in four days. The only thing that concerned me from your review was the bit about unusually warm interior common spaces. Hopefully your experience was a fluke, and my cruise will be nice and cool everywhere indoors!
@@BrianBeery-y4z I hope is was unique to my specific cruise as well! Have fun!
Just booked my second msc cruise. You nailed it! Excellent and concise review! Thank you!!
Great review, going on this ship on 9/22/24 and this gives us a heads up. Long time Royal Caribbean cruiser here.
I took a similar cruise (4 Day) starting August 11 on the same ship. The ship wasnt very crowded and the service levels were high and never had to wait for anything either in the dining room or the buffet or anything else. We found the MDR's food and service to be quite good, often taking multiple appetizers or Main courses. I had the NY Strip quite a few times, but the night they had Steak Diane it was off. They kept coming and asking if we wanted to change anything if we hinted anything was off. (We were assigned Central Park Resturant) We were seated immediately and the servers always remembered our preferences (Eg from the second night the stopped bringing bread because we never really ate it). My go to in the Buffet for lunch was the Rotisserie where they always had some kind of roasted meat. I found myself going for stuff that worked and consistent. The Private island has potential. Lots of room to roam. The area around the Light house was closed
Do they provide life jacket on the ship for non swimmer?
Too much whining about everything..
Of course, for everything to be perfect, you don't have to have children, which is my case, so thank you very much.
I think a lot of people that leave these bad reviews, they didn't do their homework. MSC cruises is very new to the United States. They are very big in Europe. Also, msc Freight Line. You can't compare MSC to your Diamond Club on some other Cruise Line. I'll bet you anything that this Cruise was relatively inexpensive compared to other ones. Here on vacation have fun. I do believe it's what you make it. Everyone has different standards. And that's a good thing.😊🎉 I will be going on the seashore for 4 nights in October for my 50th birthday🎉🎉🎉😮😊
Happy birthday
This video is gold. THANK YOU for giving examples of how realistic it is. My math was $12,500 for Prime as opposed to $5 ran through the machine. Now I see what you could end up spending to get free cruise and how much you save. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
Send the steak back. And, if I couldn't find service I would have gotten up and made sure they knew I wanted service. But, overall, I found your review mostly reasonable for someone new to the line.
Just got off MSC Seashore and found it surprisingly nice. The buffet food was fine but overcrowded! Pizza great! Pools had a large deep end where people had to hug the sides! Good value and MSC now compares nicely with HAL,RC and Princess!
On a billion dollar ship, it is MORE THAN WORTH IT. Who thinks not is a serial complainer and miserable. Probably hell for any service worker to deal with. They should stay home.
I’m booked on this same cruise in a few months. Never cruised MSC but jumped on a deal because the scheduling worked out well. I’ll be with my 16yo daughter. We prob won’t get off at Nassau but rather enjoy the ship. My last four cruises had bad MDR experiences, so we will prob just hit the buffet and be good to go. My main MDR gripe is just how long it can take especially if there is stuff you want to do! How were the onboard shops and casino? I collect watches and have found some deals while cruising…especially if things go well in the casino :) I love cruising. I’m also not very picky. I sincerely just enjoy being in and around the water. The private island looks nice. Castaway is my fav :)
One shop was reasonable in price, and has children oriented items. The rest of the shops were expensive. Our MDR and waitstaff was exceptional. That was in Feb of 2024. Cabin steward same. Overall value for deluxe balcony was great. We would go again - especially if we can get a good deal. Not the worst as some say, and definitely not comparable with more expensive cruise ships. We were a group of nine with one child.
Moan moan moan
😂😂...who would believe it!😂😂😂
The hot dogs and burgers they have on the island are not extra charge, we had great service at the Tribeca main dining room, our biggest complain was the elevators and the lack of A/C while riding them!
@@luisgregorich1500 Yea the wording I had for that part could have been better. I meant for it to convey that the lobster rolls are an extra charge but the way it’s worded is confusing.
New subscriber here. We are going on the MSC World America in 2025. We can't wait. Thank you so much for sharing.
We have gone on two MSC cruises. The first was a 7 in the Mediterranean. Second being from Florida to the private island. The first European cruise was absolutely amazing, food was amazing and the staff were excellent. However, the second cruise out of Florida was pretty bad. I felt really sorry for the workers since it seemed they were extremely short staffed. Great video, looking forward to future content!
You said you get free play AS WELL if you booked with NEXTcruise. So you would go to next cruise and tell them you wanted to redeem your points for a complimentary booking and they’ll book you and give you the free play?
@@KattSavesCT The free play would be on the future cruise you booked and not free play for the current sailing you are on. The amount will depend on the number of points earned, coupled with booking with next cruise either in person or within the app. You will need to locate the sheet indicating exactly how much free play for each level of points located in the casino at the casino host station.
@@Cruiseitall yes but would you get both the free cruise and the free play once you reach that tier or is it one or the other
@@KattSavesCT you get both.
to those who are first time cruisers, please don’t pay attention to videos like these. these people cruise 5-6 times a year so their standards are higher than the cruise line can accommodate for. this video is a bunch of whining and complaining if you ask me. dont go on a cheap cruise if you’re gonna complain about every little thing :)
I was on this sailing with you....... and you nailed it. Long time Diamond + sailor on Royal...... so that's what I was comparing the cruise to. People ask if we would do MSC again, my answer is yes.... but now we know what to expect..... :)
Great video! I’m sailing on Seashore Aug 1st Scott
Have fun!
I don’t understand, if you have passports to start with why didn’t you use them instead of driver license and birth certificate? Seems like you caused your own issue not Royal
When we started to cruise to royal caribbean we dont know about free cruise from casino only last Jan. when one of the slot player told us about this that they offer them a free cruise from casino then last April we take again royal caribbean after that we receive some free offer from casino just pay the taxes now were schedule three free cruise started last May , July, Sep. then last one Nov. all free and balcony ang Jr suite room were both retired so we take those advantage they say were only one life to live then enjoy it plus free drink in casino
Great videos. Since you have already received and used a free cruise, does the free cruise count towards the Crown and anchor points?
Yes it does. It does not matter if it’s a comped cruise or full price, each night on a RC ship accumulates for crown and anchor points!
@@Cruiseitall thank you
Do you know when or if Royal Caribbean will be adding icon of the seas to casino offers or by QR code on the lists in Casino?
From what I understand, new ships won’t be available until they have been in service for over a year.
The word on the street is not until it’s at least a year old. With that being said we had every intention of using our annual Prime cruise for Icon and even booking it later than a year after inaugural cruise RC has not made Icon available.
Great explanation! Looking forward to more of your content.
The itinerary and length of the cruise is great, but I can’t seem to book the cruise because it’s such an old ship and it was never refurbished. We were on oasis the first time and we love the ship then on independence last year. The ship was not as big but at least it had some updates. So I don’t think I would enjoy being on liberty for nine nights. My kids were already getting bored at the end of our fort Cruise on independence last year. Overall thorough video and great pics for the excursions.
I completely understand. My wife and I recently got off of another Liberty cruise and we said that from now on we would likely stick to Oasis class ships, plus Anthem and Odyssey!
