thanks for the video and info, i invest in funds that pay monthly dividend of 12% and above,( eg- spyi, svol ,jepq, gof, ryld, oxlc etc), so i don't have to sell, i collect the dividend and pay the mortgage. I think if you educate yourself and learn that there are funds out there that can pay higher dividend than your mortgage rate, you can use the dividend to pay your mortgage, i know that your would pay tax on the dividend but you are putting you money to work for you

Agree with Tony Bank stocks are 30% over valued. Happy to bet a couple thousand on the companies mentioned but in my 60s, it's government bonds for me as I don't want to be uber driving in my retirement.

As part of the questioning (for future interviews), would you consider including a “skin in the game” from the management team, also G&A costs? It’s a nice to have, naturally the interview will be that bit longer. Alternatively a link to said info in the notes. IMO it’s a critical part of due diligence. Thanks Kerry and James.

Would love to understand why Mr.Lithium Joe Lowry has nothing positive to say about this project. I understand he’s heavily exposed to LAC who like PLL also have us lithium mine permit contradicting the statement that INR is the first us lithium mine to receive a permit. Also can we get some references for how long Bernard has been suggesting they are at 70% complete on their engineering. Why wouldn’t RIO by this project now they have a permit?

Hate it when “experts” predict gold reaching a certain level. Rick just said $9000. Well bloody durrr. What is gold going to be when a pot of beer is $50. I remember when a pot was 50c. That translates that gold in 30 years will be $50000 an Oz at current inflation rates.
