4:00 You are saying that the sys_id is now displayed as the 5th column, but in fact it is the 7th column in you list. There are two reasons for that: (a) the numbering starts at 0 and (b) you used a number that was already taken by another column (assigned_to).

In the Survey designer you can find an only text cell, maybe this will do.
@@toniferra418 nope .. service now don't allow to make question ready only on survey ...there is no function defined in assessment_take2. And also there are so many scripts that disabled the read-only..One thing I also got to know that we need some DOM manipulation.but I don't think we need to do change system properties
