We need good cover for mayenda and isodor. if one of them get injured we are screwed for goals.a good right midfielder and cover for right back and left back.honestly though i only think we will sign one more player this window.hope im wrong though mate.

I'll be honest, a striker isn't even in my top 5 needed players. Isidor and mayenda have a combined goal contribution of 18. That's good, maybe not brilliant but we have no one on the left wing at all, we have no backup for either fullback or right wing. What good is a striker that scored 20 goals if we don't have the necessary team to support the strikers we have? Mayenda has the top goal contribution and xG stat in the team. He's pretty damn good. Sure we aren't massively clinical but even if we could afford it, we aren't getting a Josh Maja in a January window and a PL loan could just end up like burstow or Connolly. I don't think another striker is the magic potion people think it'll be. I'd prefer it if our goals weren't all reliant on a sole striker. We haven't had a winger score in ages, why strengthen our already quite strong position instead of the two other attackers who aren't scoring goals

I wouldn't be surprised if SAFC didn't get a striker in Cabbie. Formation on rotation is still experimental with a possible false 9 still. I hope Isidor and Mayenda keep fit for the remainder of the season like. I would be happy for the Niel, Jobe, Rigg formation with Mundle and Roberts down the width and a lone striker just like what has worked this season. Just keep going with it! Seems to be working like. We have Aleksic who is still yet to break into the starting eleven upfront and I think he is going to surprise many. Need a right winger to challenge Paddy Roberts and a full back who can play left and right (Prem loan). In Isidor we trust, cause he's a door! I'll get me coat! SAFC!

I said before the window opened that we wouldn't sign a striker except for maybe a 17/18 year old kid. Speakman just will not sign an experienced striker for some unknown reason. Is he allergic to them? but he is going to be responsible for us not getting promotion.

We've never looked for an experienced striker. Why pay 15 million for a 28 year old striker with no sell on value. We did that for 40 ofdd years and hardly made a profit on any of them , hence rhe reason we were relegated to championship then league 1 with a 180 million debt. Thank your lucky stars we have a boardroom who have a plan for the future .

Most players don’t become available until the last few days of the window especially the January one .Teams won’t release existing players until they have got in the players they require. There is still time to get the right players who will fit in to our squad. We have signed very good players in the final days of the windows in the last few yrs so I thrust the management team to do the same again

At the moment our weakness is right wing & left back as for a striker we should put in a cheeky loan bid for Rasford Man U need rid & got no takers

Need a proper natural goal scoring Centre Forward to go with Isodor. Also another Big (Tall) Centre Back who can head the ball out of the box

Spent the striker money on ELF - who seems to be no better than what we already had. Which is exactly what I expected given his recent stats plus the fact that he could not get a kick for Roma. I am amazed at how many people got all excited just because Roma paid £20m+ for him! What does that mean if they couldn't wait to get rid of him ! I am not too bothered about buying another striker but getting one on loan would be good
