prolly gass in the fule. injectors leaking and washing all the oil from your cylinders. take your dip stick out and smell the Oil... you only need one injector to be leaking over a period of time and this will happen, as the oil is too thin to make a good enough seal

The head Gasket maybe blowen or leaking into adjacent cylinders. Pressure test each cylinder.

Where did u prefer the bumper

Yes..piston compression requires good cylinder..piston and rings which are sealed by oil splash or piston oil jets...both preferred. So....knowing oil is on rings is important...but if lots of leak occured say oil into cylinder or lots of gas or lots of coolant.....you can.....bend all the rods or valves if timing slipped.......memba....in these new engines they don't use keyways to lock .cams..or some cranks or Oil chain sprockets......hell they ain't no tensioner on the oil chain in a BMW mini.....so when it runs loose...limo mode activated by oil pressure sensor Ofcourse.. Everything in these new motors must be electrically checked by specific tools. Not like The ole days. If. Machine checking parts. Yes the limo mode Can make car run like....a broken duck... When mechanically is saveable or what we now know Called Sealeable or fixable.......

Um.....TOOLs usually work........so.......that leaves.......starter,flywheel crank link...turnover....for COMP.Leakdown testing.. Then......if that's linked or good...then it's TOP Checking.....gasket...CAM lobes...lifters..valve seals at TDC.....YES LIMP MODE CODES are a POINTER to CONDITION or CIRCUIT LEAK. OIL.GAS.AIR.VACUUM....amd their is ELECTRIC LEAK....or DRY or DEAD voltage... EQUALS no IGNITION. Rare to have absolutely NO COMP....on ALL FOUR..so the next rain of THOUGHT is CAM....LIFTER.VALVE system AND that COMPUTER and VOLTAGE stability has or CONTROLS safety LIMP MODE....also is triggered by TRANSMISSiONS oil pressure levels...or solenoids.... Vanos n valvetrinic is controlled by COMPUTER while LIMP MODE CODES is ON .that's why RESETTING CODE after COPY.NOTATION for RECORDS train of Analysis .....causes MOTOR to RUN like NORMAL but FAILURE location causes LIMP MODE.....which controls that vanos.valve trinonics also known as REDUCED POWER MODE......which moves VALVE TRAIN to Minimum versus maximum Power Settings. That's why..say BMW...MINI.....has several POWER settings and FUEL PUMPS....and 5 cam followers or 5 cam lifters that comes STOCK but can be TUNEABLE....usually when a CAR is TIGHTLY TUNED.....when a MISS occurs multiple or singular it's Noticeable or BAD........ YES....inspections are necessary IN AN ORDER so ONE doesn't TEARDOWN....because it IS OBVIOUSLY in a LIMP MODE or REDUCED POWER MODE. UM. NO AIR equals..no COMPRESSION...so U KNOW That DARN....IAC.....VALVE aka intake valve is Computer controlled nowadays.. Old days we..controlled AIR. BUT THAT....Emissions Dealer monopoly racket what's to CONTROL YOUR AIR... YeOPP. Einstein Audie MURPH...GILDAS boy...Sean ASTIN

Proving grounds.....kit has a shredder valve hose and may have a hose without the Schrader valve....always TOOL TEST make sure....YOOOR TOOL WERKS.

I have the same issue i have done the timing belt 2 times to make sure is at where it needs to be. V6 engine has compression only at 2 cylinders. It makes belive i have a bad head gasket or bad piston rings. I belive after removing the heads i can check for compression at cylinder by covering the top of the bore

Everyone saying timing ,in limp mode timing can be off also ,then gone in limp mode for a small problem ,so never give up because of no compression ive seen low transmission fluid throw car into limp mode and in turn throw timing off to were no compression 😅😅
