After Veni, Vidi, Vici, this is the VS song I've cried the most to. It's so powerful, it just makes the tears come out on their own.

i absolutely love how they always seem to include melodies and tunes from previous songs like sword of the gods or the tune from crown of glory in child of desolation

FUCK ME! I just heard this again now, November 2017, for the first time in years. And I still halfway remembered the melody and lyrics, so I read the lyrics and sang along :D And I am covered in goose bumps from head to toe <3 How did I manage to forget about this band? HOW?! I must dive back into this genre now..... Thank you for this song.

I think its safe to say that Virgin Steele, although seriously underrated, have made some of the best metal albums in history since their inception in the early 80s

One of the best songs in the first Atreus saga, Virgin Steele style ended in this album, I hope they return to this sound any time, while we all wait for VS at more stages arround the world, honour, faith and keep the flame burning alive!
