The fastest ones are the ones with the lose bearings every day a safety check is done to look for these particular carts but now and then they get through

The carts a physically the same size just the cables underneath are tighter so you don't have to pull that handle bars back as far to brake. Us staff call them tall carts

Great track! Looks super fun too. I feel like that kind of track would be very illegal in the US and EU because idiots will forget to brake and would keep crashing. That is what happens when a society keeps protecting people from their own stupidity 😂.

I was incredibly lucky and privileged to have visited NZ in 2023, the visit made even better by being able to stay with my daughter, seeing her for the 1st time in 6 years. In all my 63 years, the luge at Rotorua was about the most fun I've ever had. I would dearly love to be able to afford to go again, mainly to see the kids, but to have another go at the luge! Any New Zealanders wanting to donate $3000 for a flight ticket?

There should be a prominent rule saying "NO STOPPING ON THE LUGE" in multiple languages otherwise it can spoil people's enjoyment and it could be dangerous
