How much water?
No very much. Just enough to get the paper towel wet. I pour out the excess.
Was planning to try with cotton as well in my hydroponics...just a doubt, any idea if the cotton will rot if the seedlings are moved to hydroponic systems without removing thr cotton?!

@@mallufarm2738 many seed providers sell them. Or you can use any tray type container that’s about 2 inches deep and poke holes in the bottom for drainage

From one farmer girl to another, I LIKE IT!, THE Micro greens AND the Garden sleeves...*just a thought to help, make one on same fabric w Black background as I wouldn't wear anything White while gardening... GREAT IDEA 💡!
This is a great method for seed starting which I'm trying out this year. I have started my saved pepper seeds from last years fruits which I cross pollinated to make them more unique and hopefully healthier. I have showcased the seed varieties on my latest video. I have also got some of the hybrid fruits on the plants from last year on the top right of my channel page :)
I find this method useful for things that are slow to germinate or if I’m testing germination rates for older seeds
@@thisgardenofmine It's a great idea. I wish I'd have tried it with some seeds I started in March 2021 which were my Red Jalapeno X Yellow Ramiro hybrids. These seeds were in my January 2021 seed showcase video.
