This isn't the flex you think it is. Just imagine your child getting their first home run and they look over at you and you're looking down at your computer doing paperwork. Being physically present and being mentally and emotionally present are different things.

I cant stand people like you uou think cause your there your doung your job, well as a kid playing the sport your not, your not paying any attention to me you might as well not be there. You cant putyour work down for an hour and half to watch me. Ive heard this time and time again as a coach.
