How long do you keep them in the Epsom salt bath? I was told one tablespoon for 1 gallon of tank water or dechlorinated water of the same temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Then to put them in a recovery bucket of 1 gallon of water and 3/4 of a teaspoon for 5 minutes before returning them to their normal aquarium. I fastened my fish and did that for a couple of days and she still staying on the bottom of the aquarium she's not upside down she's not swimming sideways She just has trouble getting to the top of the water. It's a pregnant Mollie or at least I think she's pregnant she had a lot of fry. I am about to give her the 2nd dose of Kanaplex. I'm hoping by the third dose she will be better. If she isn't what do you suggest? My hospital tank is only 3 gallons.

Bad advice,don't place a fish straight from one water to another,without slowly acclimatising differant water tds ph water temp wct shock the fish.what happened to dripping acclimation?

I used it on my Rare Red Alpha Swordtail, they were in rough shape. I followed your demonstration and it's a Miricle how they bounced back. I am amazed at PP. I spent over 60 bucks on everything else to treat them and didn't do much. This is some amazing medication. It turned brownish within 3 minutes. I did 2 - 95% water changes and they were up and eating lbbs . I'm doing another one tmmrww to eliminate these parasites. I'd worked 3 years creating Red Alpha Highfins and it was devastating to see them so IL. Thank you very much my friend . Check out my fish . Thank you I have 5 discus in my 600 liter aquarium with also a group of angel fish.. they are doing great but my angels are more agressive on the food so the discus are eating a little bit less so thats my worry point right now. But aside that its lovely to see

I got only one discus. It's almost a week.. he did good on first 2 days but recently notices it's scratching the one side and pectoral fin..☹️☹️ I got some angels too in the tank..they are good but don't know what's going on..should I treat all 4 angels and the discuss or takeout only the discus fish and treat? Thanks for valuable video, Kindly I have queries: 1-is this disease come from discus or can come from other species like tetra, barbs.... 2- I watched your video under title ' introducing new fish to tank' , can I use your technique to add melafix in bucket and add discus for 20 minutes and then move it to main tank to avoid this disease? of course with complete adding melafix for 7 days and changes water next day. thanks in advance

Biggest issues with Discus are bacteria and water change. If you can handle these two factors well, you may have a good start. It is absolutely right that larger discus are easier to care for as they are less afraid of environments, and small discus tends to stun growth if didn’t manage well. Discus is the most majestic and beautiful fish I had kept, but you need to listen to expert’s advices to prevent disappointment.

well the first thing you should do is have the right conditions of water. modern disus are breed in a ph 7 /7.5 .not lick yrs ago keeping discus in a ph7/7.5 stops all disease,s . discus love a well planted tank so all those empty boring tanks are not the way to keep them there amason fish and like cover . the right temp is 27 c .discuc love a mixed tank of small calm fish . we,ve keep discus 35 yrs and never had any problems

Best Discus food is not the stuff that comes in dry form.. live food is the best source to feed discus.. beef heart, turkey heart and meat.. I have never ever fed my discus the Sera brand stuff, always made my own, adding vitamines. bbs eggs and go to the kitchen machine.. I made best real food for the fraction of the brands shown here..
