You can talk as much as you want healthcare system sucks. It’s all for profit and it’s not any better. It’s actually worse than Europe.. Money, money, money, money, so you care about.

The vast majority of Americans believe that health care should be considered a privilege and not a right. They believe that people should have to "work" for health care benefits. Much, if not all, of the rest of the world views things differently. In time, they, too, will catch up and adapt a system similar to the US. After all, ours is the best in the world, isn't it?

This is the biggest joke, as GOP president Nixon tried for Medicare for All back in 1971 because Canada 🇨🇦 was getting better and cheaper; the USA is the dead last developed world country to get on board!

When an entire nation's healthcare system is a for profit market driven endeavor, it is not surprising to see expensive worse outcomes. I just don't think it is a big mystery why the US has a broken healthcare system, but no one has the political will to address the root problem which requires a shift away from private for-profit insurance and towards a universal system like most other first world developed nations.

Americans can't have cheaper/better healthcare because our government is funding endless wars and paying for Israelis' healthcare, and AIPAC destroys the political career of progressive politicians who support universal healthcare.

During the presentation, the male presenter repeatedly interrupted the female presenter. Although it may not have been intentional, this behavior does systemically impede women from being heard and succeeding in their roles - especially in more male-dominated fields. Not blaming anyone involved, just wanted to identify and educate on this issue.

What evidence is there that mental health providers aren't making a living wage? How is it that if I or my insurance provider are paying hundreds of dollars an hour, these people aren't making a living wage? This is some of the most highly paid labor of any profession. What is a living wage in this context, a second Tesla plaid so you don't have to change snow tires out twice a year or a condo in Costa Rica?
