I'll never return to this resort. I did have some good service but overall it was the worst service I've ever had at any AI resort. It's easy to find better service. Your experience of them treating you terribly and then laughing at you was pretty much what I had for the week I stayed.

What a gorgeous house, but I know what’s missing…an ELEVATOR!!! I don’t understand how they can built a house of that caliber without it. You know, people that can offer these type of houses are often middle age + and would like to be able to stay in their home when they retire.
