Grad po ako ng Arki sa pinas at never pang ng take ng exam.. ng UAE then dto na ako sa BC as Intl Student (DBA) ng careaide part time job den ako dito. Nkkainspired ang story mo. Also thingking to get Prj Mgmt course pg ng PR na. Any tips po if mkakuha ako ng prj mgnt if hindi ako mg take ng program and best software if mg work ako sa Consultant/Oil&Gas firm dito? Atehh ako po ay first year college students. Ang first choice kopo architecture kaso hinde ako naka pasa siguro sa strand ko sa SHS kase TVL Food ang fish processing. Ngayun nasa BSIT ang course ko architectural drafting maganda o mataas ang sahod poba dyan ang architectural drafting. Ako ay nag dadalawang isip kung ako ay mag shift sa architecture dahil ang ina alala ko ang trabaho ko sa huli. May idea ka po ba kung ano ang possibling trabo kung architectural drafting ang ang course ko

Wala naman rules . Kaya lang nasa tao yun , makikita mo naman na puros young ang mga pumipila . And mostly , kung may adults na kasama ay nasa side lang sila waiting for their kids . Meron ding mga houses na iniiwan naman ang basket of candies at bahala na mga kids na kumuha . So its more of self discipline lang . Honesty din . Malamang wala ka kilala nung time na un na nagsabi sa yo kaya ka pumila . Forgiven naman pag ganun.

Pa-notice po, Arch, I’d like to inquire about IT and engineering jobs in Canada po. My wife is an architect too, but she has worked in oil and gas as a pipeline designer, and I, as a web developer, have been working in the UAE for almost 9 years. We’re planning to migrate to Canada with our little one. How are the IT and engineering industries in Canada? Are they booming po? We’re considering further studies, with me aiming for a master’s degree in IT (cybersecurity) or my wife in interior design, whichever works best. If this pathway doesn’t work out, we’ll try the Express Entry or non-Express Entry route without affecting our budget. We’re still deciding whether to pursue this due to recent changes in the international studies policy of the Canadian government. Here in the UAE, we don’t have income tax, healthcare is excellent, and everything is accessible, but the cost of living is extremely high, and the laws are very strict-one missed rule can lead to immediate deportation with no talks, excuses, or drama. Additionally, there’s no opportunity to become a permanent resident or citizen dito. We’re not expecting Canada to be heaven or paradise, but we anticipate new challenges and stresses. We’re used to extreme stress here in the UAE, including work stress and high cost of living. However, we remain optimistic about handling everything with God’s grace and by doing things the right way. We’ve already allocated a budget for our Canadian adventure, including a master’s degree, housing rent, 1 year of childcare fees, and a used car. I just want to ensure my family of three is financially, physically, and mentally stable to avoid any issues when we arrive in Canada. Arch, what advice or insights can you give us? Which provinces are livable, have a low tax rate, and a strong engineering or IT industry? We’re doing everything ourselves, including research and inquiries, to avoid scams and miscalculations. Ako...mag 40 na ako and iniisip ko na mag Canada para makalayo sa family ko, hindi kasi maganda ang terms namin. After ko sila alagaan, parang ngayon gusto nila umalis ako and nagtatampo ako sa kanila...i dont want to be dramatic pero cguro ganun talaga and i have to radically accept it. Ang problem ko lang is wala akong experience being employed as a care giver...Naging caregiver lang ako ng parents ko eversince. Pwede ba yun maging work experience?

Hello po Architect, I would like to inquire if you're looking for Architecture internship there in Canada. According to your vlog that you're currently in British Columbia. I have relatives that is planning to take me to BC next year after I will be graduated. I also have part time job in an Architectural firm now since it's my vacation and just wanna share that we handle international projects because our Principal Architect is an ASEAN Architect, APEC Architect and AIA.
