I have realized i made a mistake and you can keep looting key from the chest and the KeyID is not correct so it won't open any locks. Will fix in the next one.

Will this tutorial work with my own custom character mesh? I'm using the Unreal skeleton for the mesh I created, but not metahuman.

Yes, i will add some spells and probably some magic weapon as well like shooting staff. Same hotbars
@@click.o Awesome! Don't sweat the different types of spells too much, the functionality to add them to the hotbar and maybe spell levels is the most important and we can do the actual spells ourselves :D

I like how you’ve been doing everything. I’ve been able to get rid of all the casts by just using an interface and such. I also added breaking items down- Turning unused weapons/armor into scrap materials instead of destroying them if you wanted to show off something like that. Wish you luck, man, good job so far.

Hey. Really great serie to follow. Have you plained to add stuff like a storage/bank, drag and drop, swap item, merge stack etc... ? I tried to add some, i succeeded for most of them but the merge fonction still stuck me :s.
I won't be adding drag and drop because that is completely different system and i wanted to be able to convert it for consoles as well. For merge, i will eventually add sort functions

Hi, it could be that you have the wrong component structure and they are not parented the right way or if you removed any components like hair, eyebrows etc, your LOD wont sync correctly

Hello! Want to use Tab button for opening/closing Inventory, but if I mouse click on Inventory grid and then press Tab that will work as grid cells switching - how to turn off that option?

Hi friend, working with the inventory I found in the log this warning that repeats for both the player and trader's inventory. As a non-BP expert I can't solve the cause. Do you have any suggestions for this warning that repeats many times every time I open the inventory menu? Another issue I noticed is that when you do the multiple drop of items when there are many like 20 when you generate the drop mesh the game freezes for a few moments. My idea to optimize this freeze effect was to create a single item with the stack equal to the amount of items that are dropped. i think i fixed that somewhere in the next two videos. at 3:13 i couldnt get the button replacement..it wont show up no matter what....what can i do? you know?
ye you need to first select it in selection like in the video, then it will show up

There is an issue: when crafting stack of arrows if there is not enough space in quiver and some crafted arrows are dropped, the dropped quantity is wrong (-1 arrow), for example there is 1 free space in quiver and 10 arrows are crafted => 8 arrows are dropped instead of 9, one arrow is somewhere lost.
probably just the loop starts at wrong index, i changed it slightly few videos after

Actually I want to say - Do not overlap the buttons with preview image. I used XForm>Edit Pivot and Modeling>Mirror in UE5 to adjust the armor.
