I never cared for how Mr. Barlow(AKA the vampire) was portrayed in the original series. That was NOT the vampire from King's novel. I preferred Rutger Hauer's portrayal in the 2004 remake. If we had a movie like the 1979 series with the 2004 movie's Mr. Barlow, I definitely think that would be worth a watch. Now, all that being said, I haven't seen the 2024 remake yet but, I do want to check it out. What streaming service did you watch on? (If you mentioned that in your video I must have missed it.)

I would call this more of a psychological thriller than a survival movie. It's ment to confuse, and the survival element isn't as dire enough. They weren't out in the woods long enough either. The psychological element is more predominant. Is there a monster? Is it hallucinations? Is it the guy the monster? The survival element is there, but it takes a backseat to the determination of the main character's mind.

Strange, I usually agree with you but didnt get anything out of this film, and I am a big Mia Goth fan. I found it quite predictable and dull, it didnt really have anything new or interesting to tell. Have you seen her in "The survivalist"?

Love the review thank you, I want Emily Blunt to return in this film and hope they explore more of the alien's history or why they are there. It feels very lazy to just have them landing and wanting to destroy everything for no apparent reason.

Godzilla Minus One It looks interesting Movie guys

Saw the movie last night (saw a 9:30pm EST viewing) and it was *ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!* At almost 51 years of age I have seen every Godzilla film released (use to even watch the 1978 Saturday morning cartoon) and Minus One is hands down and bar none *THE BEST* GODZILLA MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN (zero exaggeration)‼️‼️ A Kaiju movie *masterpiece* IMO No disrespect to the monsterverse (I enjoy Legendary Godzilla too), but *Toho* just reminded EVERYONE that Godzilla is *THEIR* monster and that nobody (and I mean nobody) can do Godzilla better than they can. 👍

This is the most insane film I’ve seen in my life, but my god it is fun, it reminds me a lot of Peter Jackson’s early movies like bad taste and brain dead. Many moments in the film made me laugh my ass off and I would like to congratulate Laughlan and the rest of the cast for making such an insane yet funny as hell movie 😊
