There's a gear acquisition quest against an Akura Jebia which gives Tonfa mats. Alternatively, you can do the Gear Acquisition quest against the Daimyo Hermitaur for the Black Orbs (which gives Darkness element Tonfas), or the Green Orb Gear Acquisition quest (which gives Sound element Tonfas). The Orb ones and the Akura Jebia one are roughly the same in effectiveness, just depends on preference, as the Orb gear ones are mostly damage, while the Jebia one comes with innate Paralysis. Raw damage makes their damage difference noticeable, but not terrible, and the paralysis gives more damage windows, obviously.

Hi. Tonfas are unlocked at G-rank, I warn you in case you do not know. There are quest at "Gear Adquisition quests" Those are ussually labeled as "ANTI CHAMELEOS WEAPONRY" or something like that, there you can get orbs by completing the quest, do it a few times to get the necessary amount to craft the weapon. Alternativelly, you can wait until you can hunt exotics and complete the Exotic Nargacuga GX quest to get enough materials to craft Exotic Tonfa from Nargacuga, it has posion so it will be a solid option.

How would that build look? What is the optimal level for coop? 125, 150, 137..? Do you know?

@@bdarecords_ Optimal level for DLC is around 180. Also for Co-op builds, you want arcane for bleed or other %HP effects. You can use hefty Root pots since their accumulation is insane and does really good damage overtime.

When I started Elden Ring at release day, we did Stormveil casttle together (He explored with me, we memorized where stuff were and helped him later). We reached Godrick in my world and fought it, for some reason, we trigered bleed the moment Godrick did his phase change animation and we actually cancelled it, it still gave us a really had fight but we killed it. In my friend's world, we did the fight again and this time Godrick did his phase 2 animation and TOTALLY caught us off guard. A day to remember.

Nah impossible. it only work in big enemies. PVP is safe since you need timming you won't have in PVP.

Happens a lot so do not worry much about it. Best I recommend you is to experiment and explore, you end up learning a lot about the game.

So farm my plan is to fight all bosses, I will use posion for damage over time, unless I find a really stresfull boss like Valiant Gargoiles. Not sure at all, I just started and so far I got more buffs and damage, I'm starting to see how I will build around RL1, but I need a bit more to cook.

I know exactly what do you mean. In other souls is "press the moment you get hit" in this one is "press a bit before getting hit" which makes it kinda harder, atleast for me, I would parry everything if it was like Sekiro lmao.

@@Doutor_Claison Yeah. You can do Melina cosplay, use tear for Melina cosplay Copy and summon Melina, I think people did 3 Melina VS Morgot like this. I Think there are also mods that allow you to summon Melina and other bosses, which is pretty fun.

Give it some time yet. My other 3 videos about Elden ring got ways more views after a day of being published. My Co-Op adventures with Bayle got only 32 views the first day, second day went up to 1K views. You can share the video or tell others about me, I want to help people out with this boss and continue fighting it, I really like it.

Real problem is that most phantoms will be nuked in phase 2, some of them in phase 1 because it can still fuck you up hardly. Being a phatom against this bad boy requires more an organized team for a raid, atleast for phase 2 because it literally feels like that.

Yeah, first phase is a good warm up but second phase hits really hard. I would say he is at Musou Level of hard and I'm not joking here, sometimes you get hit once and you are dead.

@@nerscylia6436 i will disagree here. He is hard, but not like musous. They are unfair with conditions like 10 minute timer and absurd amount of health. And you can't really make it much easier. With Elden Ring you have a lot of tools to make any fight trivial, like as i used greatshield and rapier. Can't really compare ER and MHFZ because you are set in different conditions and have different tools available.

@@dengeller More than comparing the conditions, I was comparing boss mechanics, I died literally because I got hit by a sword, pillars of light staggered me again and second sword hit me and I died. Other times I got hit by 80% of my HP and still died. Other times light copies hit me, got staggered and final hit killed me. There is a lot of things that can go wrong against this boss, the same thing that can happen with a musou in that aspect. Is right Musous are hard but in a diferent way, but keep in mind what we are doing should not be possible, but we got a massive powercreep and we forced the solo kill. Is not exactly like, but they share some similarities, this is what I found out after fighting and defeating the boss like this.

Happens when you do a close fight, and Radahn is a great adversary.

That's kind of weird. DLC Bosses are always known to have a LOT of HP and be really strong. I understand what you mean, is not the same to be at lvl 150 than 300 and I totally agree is a difference, but not enough to oneshot bosses. I have fought all the bosses with dual straight sword and without using specters and going most of the time with a lower scardutree level (Except for a specific boss that forced me to raise it), this way bosses were still strong enough to 2-shot me most of the times, forcing me to learn them and get punished by my mistakes, at the end I learned them enough to have a great time fighting them.

That's not how levels work in this game....

I didn’t mean literally one shot the game it was more of an exaggeration but it’s a little less impressive when you’re char chat is overlevelled to the point of you having zero restrictions, I think you’ve got every soft cap there on each stat right?

@@griffdubz9050 I was capping on Endurance, and Arcane, I did not reach the soft cap for the rest of the stats. This mostly allowes me to test weapons and have a more complex play style.

@@griffdubz9050 I don't know if you have played the DLC but the main source of damage and defense comes from the fragments, the level does not influence that much and the game has it at ng+2
