    excited for the pivot! really looking forward to what’s in store. There’s a lot of ambiguity around TH-cam and having some sort of copilot will help a lot with that. Definitely agree about the importance of a support system and long term sustainability. I certainly have a lot of days where I feel like my work is dragging on and motivation is lacking but this is a marathon and not a race 🤜

    I think A/B testing is really useful, just for me personally 30usd/month is on the higher end. Of course for larger creators it's small, but that's just from my perspective. I think the packaging is a good idea, I know there's services for youtubers where they get help with brand positioning, and the video package as a whole which I don't know a ton about yet but I know it's really important for growth on youtube for sure. Things like if a video isn't performing, it would be analyzing it in the background, and give you accurate suggestions on how to improve the title/thumbnail. Maybe even something like reviewing engagement dips/spikes to learn why your audience stays/leaves and gives you pointers on how to keep them engaged whether it's through editing, how you were speaking too slow or even a trend in certain topics that just lose the audience's interest. I think there's a lot to build around with that side of things because there are tons that goes on in the background where, yeah we can see all of the data, but to immediately get the answers/suggestions would be amazing.

    I love the video you seem like such a positive guy. Very inspiring to see you build something like Oona completely by yourself, I want to code something software like that in the future. Just subbed. Have you read the book "The Lean Startup"? It is a great book about designing a product and verifying what features are holding you back or what features you need to push you forward. Alex Hormozi is a great influencer on youtube who creates content about outreach and sales and product and things like that. He would probably have some really good info that you could use. Loved this conversation! The last comment he made about not being afraid of competition really hit home for me. I used to find it so discouraging to find that there's already a successful solution for the problems I'm trying to solve but now I look at it from the perspective of: if they are finding success then it means that there is an audience willing to pay for it. You just have to find something differentiating about your solution!

    • @solofocusclub
      @solofocusclub 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That's it! A problem often has multiple dimensions, making it challenging for a single product to address every aspect effectively. While a service may appear to be an “all-in-one” solution on paper, factors like UI/UX design, customer support, documentation quality, branding, and bug fix frequency can vary significantly, even among companies tackling the same fundamental problem. This variability can be a hidden advantage when entering a competitive market, as it suggests the problem is nuanced enough to reveal unique opportunities that you can capitalize on. All the best with your endeavours!

    No offense but I think it is strange that your app works on thumbnails. I would think the thumbnails of the developers should reflect the capabilities of that tool since it is basically free for you to use and you know it better than anyone else. I would expect your YT channel's thumbnails to be fire. Which thumbnails have you observed on other YT channel to be top tier? Do you feel like your YT channel thumbnails are right up there or have you worked with a channel to "upgrade" their thumbnails? Can you show before/after results/appearances?

    • @dawchihliou
      @dawchihliou 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      thanks so much for your feedback! pretty thumbnails don't always win tho:) what i'm building is an analytics copilot to help creators find out what resonates with viewers through a/b testing and ai analyses. i've ran 5 tests per video on average to learn how to make thumbnails and i'm happy with my progression considering where i started. as more and more creators joining oona, we're building case studies and will showcase our findings next year. i appreciate watching my video and sharing your thoughts with me. I'll keep on improving on youtube and building oona!

      @@dawchihliou Thanks for your response. :D My thought was if thumbnail A is bad and thumbnail B is bad the software is kind of just like a hat that is shaken and holds them both and spits out 1 of the 2 vs being able to determine based on xyz per AI etc neither are good but per information the App is able to gather/review per details it has been provided it can make an AI generate recommendation sample.

    I have been watching your videos for a while, and they are really amazing 💯💯. Figuring out pricing there are two main way, probably look at what competitiors are offering or you can just try some prices until the best one clicks up(Some people do this by asking survays to users by gathering feedbacks from them). I hope this helps.

    What would the world do without 10,000 look at me, a day in the life of a software engineer videos? Maybe find some original content that isn’t boring as f’ck? 😂 TH-cam is a cesspool of lemming morons, regurgitating the same idiotic content over and over again. “Oooh, this got clicks, I want clicks, I’ll make the exact same content”.
