Hi , and thanks for dropping in on what may seem to be quite a Mix of Music, I started DV8, a Niteclub, in Johannesburg South Africa in 1980, there were other clubs previous to Dv8,, but Dv8 was a place where people found a form of Freedom, in South Africa in those Dark days of Apartheid, a collective of people who wanted change. I don't see myself as a Dj but a Selecta of different forms of Music, This Channel is for Like minded people, who enjoy an adventure through Music as I do. .
If I can put a smile on one person's face a day for the music I select, then I have achieved my purpose . Gratitude .

I remember this song. This was on the b-side of the single from Spirtchaser. I saw them live in NYC in the 90s. I had tickets to see them during the US tour in 2020/2021 but COVID canceled the concerts. I was so upset. Now I hear they are not touring because of health reasons. I hope I get to see them again one day.

Hi , I just enjoyed the the new tempo of this track, and that's a problem with musicians that carry on into their later years, I was watching Roger Waters Us or Them concert, although his concept was great his voice could not hold, a pity.
@@DV8TheOriginalMartinVogelman did he do most of the lead vocals on Pink Floyd tracks after the 1st lp ? .... The documentary on the group & the recording of 'Wish You Were Here' is good . Just noticed how I spelt 'Wobble' ! - he's almost become England's Sly or Robbie , recording with anybody & everybody .
