- Ribeye and Beef Belly are Also Traditionally Used. Thinly Slice Set Aside.
Veggies:
- Organic Spinach, Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage & Mushrooms. Wash, Dry Set Aside.

I love Phö, we eat a lot of it in France, Vietnam was an ancient colony, so it's really close from "pot au feu", a french beef plate. But what a looooooong plate to elaborate lol I mad it a couple of times, it's hell to cook. Not difficult but too long. I prefer to eat it in restaurants lol
@@Hylas67 definitely takes time but always worth it. Having it at the restaurant isn’t that bad either!

Feels like a sin to throw away the first boiled bone broth. Can't that be saved?
I really wouldn‘t, the first boil is done to remove any impurities like blood. If you don’t do the first boil the broth is going to taste very bitter
@@WatevaMelon yes u can just skim the top but for a 24 hour bone broth i feel the first 15-20 minute tap water sacrifice is a must.
Rock Candy?!?!?! Can you explain why?? That's something I've never heard and I'm definitely going to try
In Asian cuisine rock candy is very common to sweeten the dish. Mainly used in broths and stews but you can just use sugar as an alternative.

Oh my goodness i love seeing how you make pho I’ve never made it but u have some very nice beef soup bones in the freezer and they are beautiful and they even have quite a bit of meat on them, I’m thinking of slicing the meat off before I boil the bones!! Thank you

Even the intro music sounds like a fusion between Mexican/Spanish and VN music, which by the way is a thing called VN Bolero. I am VN and have in-laws that are Latinos who just gave me a jar of homemade menudo, so of course I added pho noodles to it and a dash of fish sauce. Went on the internet and searched for menudo pho and sure enough someone else already thought of it. Great minds think alike.
