Ok guys, i found out how to open alices door. So the thing is only one person chosen can open the door after a power outage the power outage is extremely rare for it to happen and only that certain person can open alices door after the outage
It's very rare for the power outage to happen tho so it could take days just for someone to open Alice's door one time
