    The biblical "Tree of Life" is the tree that produces fruit for physical sustenance (fruit, vegetables, nuts...). The biblical "Tree of Knowledge" is the tree that produces fruit for spiritual sustenance (cannabis, Banisteriopsis caapi/Psychotria viridis - DMT, Opium poppy, Salvia Divinorum, Iboga, Acacia...). "When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it" - Genesis 3:6 Spiritually speaking (gender aside), patriarchy ends and matriarchy begins with a fundamental understanding of the cyclical nature of reality (God). Represented by the snake in many creation myths, the living cycle has a trinity of a beginning (head), a middle and end (tail). As above so below, the sexes were created in the image of God's cyclical nature where Mother is the head and opening to all beginnings and Father holds the tail to all endings (through which the sowing of seeds allow for the next great matriarchal rebirth).The joining of the two (symbolized by the Ouroborus or the marriage ring) is the sacred union needed in assuring the creation and continuation of new life cycles. To speak of the present day God as "Our Father" is simply an admission to our collective positioning within the bigger cycle. As all mothers have direct experience with the creator quality of birthing, so is the direct experience of rebirthing the divinity within (baptism) belong to that which is spiritually matriarchal. (John 3, verse 3-8). Sekhmet statues (ancient Egyptian) carry most of their weight in symbolic memory of what was a mother culture dedicated to the direct experience of baptism. As the leg shaped hairlocks extend from maternal breasts to the womb of rebirth, the lioness's head proportions are such that they highlight the bust of a second animal figure. The Lioness's ears as eyes and eyes as nose (nostrils) brings to life the figure of a reptile. 'Neath the halo headress of the solar egg, the lioness's egg fertilization process being internal (Set) and the reptile's egg fertilization process being external (Setting), such being key components to the safety of entering the trans-egoic or "born again" state. The life threatening fear associated with the predatory nature of a lion and/or crocodile encounter are reflective of the intense ego death experiences associated with the transpersonal awakening process. In spiritually matriarchal times, illumination could be seen as wearing the false beard (ancient Egyptian funerary "ego" death mask) as the high state of cyclical self knowing; high awareness of both our upper matriarchal half and our lower (later) patriarchal half (compared with a mini lower body replica, an "as above so below" tail end beard extension); in full recognition of her civilizational Underworld; her inevitable cyclical destiny. The male pharaoh wears his beard tapered in reverse, indicating a pointing upwards towards the patriarchal head, divine representative of God's tail end cycle. Mary's anointing and wiping of Jesus's feet with her hair can then be seen as "Head to tail" (toe) imagery as she descends her matriarchal head to his patriarchal feet, thus reenacting the high understanding of the divine cyclical process. (John 12, verse 3) To carry the Ankh (now the female symbol ♀️) was perhaps to symbolically carry that upper and lower understanding. As the upper matriarchal womb symbolised the fertile birthing of civilization, below, the now Christian cross is carried to place emphasis on the lower (later) "End Times" Father principle of the great cycle. Lord Ganesha, the elephant headed Hindu diety, displays a cyclical head to trunk symbolism and points to the Mother head of his matriarchal elephant society. Ganesha (like the elephant) wears God's cyclical nature on his face. A whole temple was dedicated to Hathor (ancient Egyptian diety), who is the matriarchal "Uterus" personified. th-cam.com/video/J0m0zJSEFK0/w-d-xo.html "See all women as mothers, serve them as your mother. when you see the entire world as the mother, the ego falls away. See everything as Mother and you will know God." - Neem Karoli Baba "My son, keep thy father's commandment and forsake not the law of thy mother" - Proverbs 6 : 20

    One black woman on a magazine cover benefits that black woman. You would still have the other thousands that did not benefit. Sure, they could talk about that one lucky black woman (or even, say, ten black women over time, but ten is still not even close to thousands), but _they_ weren't that lucky black woman, so they are just reminded of the luck they didn't get. It's a more general problem with the idea of representation in popular media, because by its nature, you end up with one person who reaps the fame, but also the rest of the people who don't receive anything. It's like if we just decided to award one black person a car... okay, we just helped one black person, but that car doesn't help literally every other black person, so it just separates that one black person from the challenges of their community while leaving the rest of the community to suffer. Fame only applies to individuals, so, sure, a _black person_ can be famous, but that doesn't make the whole community of black people famous, but just that one person. The same problem, of course, applies to any other demographic. Helping just one person or a handful of people in a community barely scratches the surface, and arguably isn't even significant enough to be considered to do that. Perhaps a community being respected leads to more individuals (but still a very small minority) in that community being famous, but you can't go backwards with that and say that an individual in a community being famous makes that whole community respected. A community requires a holistic solution to thrive, not one that benefits a tiny minority of that community. To put it more simply and generally, while a thriving community can help individuals thrive, thriving individuals don't help communities thrive. A community has the power to affect individuals because it's stronger than individuals, but individuals are usually too small to affect communities on their own. Good on those individuals who make it big, but they are like a tiny speck compared to a community and due to its size simply can't faithfully affect or represent a community - communities are too big to affect that way. Actually giving something to the majority of a community is the kind of holistic solution you need, but just giving literally one person something, such as fame, has little to do with the community because 99.999%+ of people aren't famous, and one person regardless of demographic getting famous isn't going to change that kind of situation in the slightest. I think sometimes we focus on glamorous things like fame (which again, by its nature, will only be accessible to a very small minority of people, ignoring everyone else in every demographic), and don't think about how communities are actually shaped. We somehow think that helping one individual of a particular demographic will trickle down to that demographic, without seeing the disconnect between an individual who receives a large benefit and the rest, even those in the same demographic as that individual, who cannot relate to that individual being so fortunate. We just see the glamour of fame and forget that we are simply giving a particular individual attention; average people of that demographic are not the ones getting stopped on the streets by people asking for their autographs and getting interviewed; only the very small minority of people who gobble up the fame experience anything like that, and they have fundamentally different lives from almost everyone in their community; if anything, they're escaping or at least distancing themselves from their community because they now have acquired an independent source of wealth/power.

    Just make sure that you are giving because we are seriously living in the it’s all about me decade. Sharing is what makes society and relationships work. Just don’t give to the point that it’s detrimental to the self.

    • @hollyzajur
      @hollyzajur ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely agree-- it's all about finding a balance! Giving is great, but it’s not so great when you use it to define your self-worth and don’t have healthy boundaries. The more I establish healthy boundaries and learn to love myself for me, not how other people see me, the more ease I find and I am able to give more authentically.

      If we stay in that thought pattern and/or repeat that thought pattern by doing other things, we strengthen that thought-- BUT if we redirect the thought, we break the pattern and create new neural pathways. The more we redirect and use these new neural pathways, the stronger they get and the more we can strengthen this new pattern.

    Thank You! I had been having some not great intrusive thoughts lately, and was feeling guilt for them, this really spoke to me! ♥️

      Thank you so much for sharing that-- I am so glad this could help! I often remind myself of this-- we are not and do not control the thoughts that arise, but what we do control is what we do with those thoughts and which ones we choose to water and bring our attention to

      Try waking up ten minutes earlier and sip tea while you are in bed-- it can help you slow down as you start your day!

    I can't even get the motivation to make breakfast in the morning 😅 A cup of morning tea does sound nice though.

      It can be really nice to make a cup of tea, bring it back to bed with you, and silently sip until it's finished! If you sip on some green or black tea it might give you boost of energy to help you make breakfast too 😊
