What size and thickness aluminum tubing did you use?

I do not know. If you are still interested, reply, and I will measure. I used to work at a company where I could buy the materials, so I was limited to what they had on hand.

Meanwhile all your buddys with normal ramps have drove up and left for the pub. You show up a hour later

Sorry, no plans. I made the ramp 10' long because I had 20' c channel that I cut in half with no waste.

not getting it...why not just use a regular ramp and drive right into back of truck?it's a lot easier and quicker..i can see maybe using it if your truck is short and the sled to long ..but if the point is just about getting sled in the truck, well this is a backwards move..i'll beat you loading, unloading every time using regular loading ramp with less moves and effort..what a waste of money...

Where do you store your ramp when the snowmobile is on the truck? I see some with the ramp stored next to the snowmobile risking damaging the snowmobile while in transport. Also this ramp is longer than the ones a person can buy at places like Harbor Freight, making the approach angle shallower.

Not for me . To many steps , to go through. And in the end , you still have to lift the snowmobile up some what.

Totally to much work ! Everyone else drives up ramps , folds em up and goes. Maybe ramps for sleds were not available in his city back then. Id say , dumb idea but hey . He has the time. Wonder if he took this on the dragons den or shark tank lmao

I thought the same thing. Have the camera guy help lift a side then push it in
