@@joeser6666 Goodpea2 (the creator of PvZ2 mod Eclise) had a Big controversy for having exclusive paywalled content. The problem is that this is illegal, even if the paywalled content wasn't really that intrusive. PopCap nor EA did anything, but this provoqued a massive backlash from the community.

You can find them near the Dark Ages plants, reason why is due to Popcap making potions just a Iceberg Lettuce variant of sort.

It's a full adventure port to PC with a sandbox mode

Gardendless is the PC variant of PVZ2, Popcap promised one at some point, but never fulfilled it so like mods it's up to the community to do the actual work, GE doesn't have progression yet so you'll have access to everything, however there are a ton of custom levels you can play and more.

It's going to be a full PC port GL primarily aims for Qol and reanimations which is why you don't see an immediate port When this game is fully out you can definitely expect mods for it that add content the devs didn't get to add

there's a plant in pvz2c with the same name if i recall that could have that same purpose (giving it use outside of steam ages if it gets added)
