This is a cruel world for all animals now but there is still hope with guardian angels like these ladies. Good job helping but couldn't someone have tried hoisting them up before the mother disappeared? The duckings were obviously stressed. It never ceases to disappoint how people will watch and film animals in distress to make a youtube video.

i was surprise mamma duck leaves 8 of her 12 babies to fend for themselves, just takes off. i thought she would pick them up like a cat does, guess not, very surprised at this. thank you to the wonderful lady who helped them otherwise i do wonder what would have happened to them

Something I wondered, how come we just see the one grouping, no other duckies? Kind of a bummer, because this is pretty cute. Right when they found he way around, I could imagine a little kid voice saying, "yay we dids it, we mades it all da ways". The other funny thought was thinking when the momma duck moved away, the babies left behind must have been just screaming at the top of their little duck lungs, all those frantic peeps. Another funny note, missing sound recording of one of those European soccer officials that yells GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!
