Overland Tourers Australia otherwise known as OTA was born out of a passion of 4WDing and Australian adventure. In 2022, we began the research & development of various products designed to enhance your tourer and overlanding experience. 2023 will see an emergence of a variety of OTA products for your 70 Series LandCruiser’s as well as flares for the 300 series.

Designed to seamlessly replace your vehicle's OE flare and mudflaps while preserving an authentic factory appearance. Providing a legal and protective solution for accommodating larger wheels and tires, supporting up to Pos18 with an 18-inch rim on a 35x12.5-inch size tire.
Compatible with all Ford Next Gen models (excluding Raptor), offering an easy DIY installation and backed by a 12-month warranty. No adhesives needed, and no modifications required unless opting for a 35-inch tire kit. Flares crafted from durable Black Acrylic capped ABS, offering UV resistance and requiring no painting unless desired.
The mudflaps are made of UHMWPE for impact resistance, UV stability, and durability. Finished in a smooth black that blends with the vehicle's existing accents.

What happens when you destroy a mud flap ? Won’t sell replacements , handy .
We would sell a mudflap if one was somehow destroyed mate.
What colour / finish are these unpainted? You couldn't just run these unpainted in "matte black" on a white VX... still need painting like you did for the GR?
How do these match up with the rhino bar, any pictures?

We'll get a photo onto our socials when we do a build with what you're chasing mate. The OE sensor just clips into a sensor mount/holder that is glued into the flare. 👍
Would a 2" lift be sufficient to fit 35x12.5 tires? Also, how much front wheelhouse modification is required?
Hey mate, good question. A 3” lift is needed for 35” tyres. There is a small amount of the Wheelhouse and skirt that needs modifying to fit the 35” mudflaps. The installation instructions can be found on the OTA website that outlines exactly how much the wheelhouse needs modifying for fitment. We run, 285/65/r18 on our Merlot 300 with an Ironman Suspension Upgrade.

Hi, are you able to provide the colour code for the GRS flares? Mine are being fitted by JMACX as part of a GVM upgrade this week but they are having trouble identifying the colour.
Hey mate, it was matte black matched to the existing stock black of the White Glacier GR Sport. Unfortunately we don't have the paint code as we just simply passed this to our paint shop to do. Does you 300 have any black that they can work with?

Good question mate. They comfortably cover the POS 25 Rim, so your POS 40 should be covered also. The Flares are 35mm wide.

Hey, good question. We had the Flares painted on this one to match the existing black's on the car and recommend that everyone that buys a set gets them painted also. (Stock they come a smooth Black ABS Plastic, which doesn't match to the bottom). The Mudflaps don't require painting and match quite well to the bottom half of the car.

Stock Merlot mate. Think the lighting in the room gave it a bit of a different colour.
