Afternoon hike with the family RC car tumbles down the mountain! And spotted a UFO
มุมมอง 46ปีที่แล้ว
Check out our short little afternoon adventure to the back country in the pacific north west. we took a little hike with the family. One of the boys lost control of the rc car and it went tumbling down the mountain, but he pulled it off in the end. My wife says she saw a UFO, and also gave a little dance for the world! Thanks for the video. Love it. I came here because I have some scrap in my yard and all my fathers welding tools. Why buy when you can build I say. I have a 28 1/2 x 58 1/2 metal grate I was thinking of using as a roof rack but I think it's better as a hitch basket. I'll need it to swing as I utilize the back of my SUV for my kitchen and deliveries and such. I 'll only be using basket for my power tools and maybe water jug and gas jug.
Hard
Total cost of the steel?
Exactly what I had in my head, thanks for making it visual! 👍🏼
Looks good now time for me to build one
Was thinking cargo carrier box with your design.how much weight do you think it can carry?
Depends on the material you use. I think this one would hold a couple hundred lbs.
Men super great idea, gracias
Super Great Idea! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing both videos. Was looking at building a similar thing. Do you find theirs much spring in it when its folded in and out?
You can make the vertical round tubing longer to get your height
Thank God everyone is safe and your home didn't burn down God is good
Yes thank GOD. The kids also handled it perfectly. Everyone was scared but it worked out in the end!
My wife called me at work once and said that she called the fire dept to put out my back yard it almost caught my house on fire, they looked around afterwards and said someone must have been smoking back there, nobody was home until she happened to stop back by the house while running errands, when I got home it took me about 3 minutes to see what started it, my neighbor had been burning some stuff and he thought he put it out, he even left his water hose out but it burned under some brush and caught my yard on fire. I can't believe they talked down to my wife the way they did and then investigate like they did. I understand you , be safe
Dang man that is crazy! So glad it didn't get the house! The fire department didn't find anything in my house. They said it must be in the walls! I found the source of it almost immediately. Guess they're just more focused on actual fire burning, and getting it out out.
@@thompsonfamilyfun yeah maybe but they talked to my wife as if she was lying, I live in Louisiana in a parish that has some real doozies, let me tell you. I'm glad you found your problem, man wiring doing things like that freak me out
Well I'm sorry that happened. Man that sucks. We've got some doozies here in WA state as well!
Dude crazy shit man. Luck of the draw
Ya it was a little intense. Glad them kids were on top of it and went to mom immediately! We are very thankful.

Yes. Just about time to replace. Now that it's not 1° they're doing okay! Thanks for the feedback!
@@thompsonfamilyfun yeah even another 15° does a lot for the crank lol. Batteries go through so much hell it's crazy. Keep it up man 👍

You did it! Freaking sick. Add a bike rack/table/whatever down the road. I like the removable part, throw it in the garage keep it safe when you're not using it.
Thanks dude! Yea when I get it finished, hopefully next weekend, I'll have a better idea of what I can do! I do want to have some different attachments. And yes a table would be great! I picked up some yakima bike racks for the roof. Hoping to install those next week too. Waiting on some parts.
