    • @jhartfitness
      @jhartfitness 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As with anything, yes- we can overdo it. That being said- the imbalances we deal with are typically due to frequency of being out of alignment. If we can increase the frequency of telling the body to get into alignment it can increase the rate of recovery. Simple answer is to listen to your body and start with less than you think you can do. I’d rather you focus on making time to do a little bit every day rather than trying to fix it all at once.

    How does doing band face pulls fix posture when posture is people slouching over. Even so...after they do these band pulls, people are so braindead they don't understand that it takes time to fix years of problems...they expect it to be corrected immediately.

    • @jhartfitness
      @jhartfitness ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! In many cases, just drawing some awareness to the poor posture can help some people. However, a more direct answer to your question is: There are many reasons for poor posture. A weak posterior chain is a big one. Activating and strengthening the muscles of the posterior chain while simultaneously relaxing and stretching the “tight”/short muscles of the anterior chain will allow for better alignment. It isn’t a quick fix that’s for sure. It will indeed take a commitment but, it’s a great place to start! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Hope this helps. 🙏👊💪

      Thought I replied; must not have sent it! I haven’t put anything in yet. It’s only a few days old now. I plan on getting a filter so I don’t have to go any chemical route or change the water too often. I did however put in some Epsom salt. I’ve read that can be beneficial for both the body and the water. If you haven’t started yet, I’d recommend starting with cold showers. 30 seconds of cold at the end of your normal shower is a great place to start! And focus on your breath. The key is a strong exhale. Especially as you enter the cold. My Wim Hof instructor (Michael Christoforo) says, “don’t let it take your exhale.” He’s spot on!

      Sure, technically. I don’t simply consider food to be a substance that provides calories. To me, it needs to provide nourishment and be a driver to optimal health. The overwhelming majority of “food” in our supermarkets does neither of those. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Have a blessed day.

    I recently started microdosing and using psilocybin coupled with therapy. It has helped opened my emotions up as it's something I've had troubles with,it also helped with my mental illness. So look up for sure recommendations and psyched products. Will guide you through the process and has nice products.

      A study by Appalachian State University comparing exercise times (7a, 1p, and 7p) showed the morning exercisers: •had improved sleep •had a 25% greater drop in evening blood pressure •saw benefits with as little as 4 minutes of exercise •showed morning exercise resets your cortisol, up-regulates your metabolism, and helps you sleep better.
