Thank you for this video. This looks more similar to my experience. All other videos using cheap thin bricks that split in a couple hits, meanwhile I had been scoring mine for a while and it still hadn't split.

i do this for a living, we never stop the conveyor every 5 seconds because when we get up on the roof, we walk them to the farthest stack first, get those stacks done, than half the time they are just turn and drop stacks with the conveyor. these guys don't know what they are doing, we also throw every 2-3 spots on the conveyor so it's consistent.

3 guys for one house roof is nuts, not to mention he’s lucky that all those bundles aren’t dropping off the conveyor with the way they are being tossed on, also my trucks conveyor runs not stop till everything is off the deck, none of this leisurely work!

Why not just replace the door and rollers and use the existing rails and opener? That hardware seemed to be in good shape.
