Hey there. I was following your steps, but I couldn't find that Active Directry . Does the Active directory come default from the factory with a computer, or should I install it into my laptop and then enable it ?

I have office 365 and although this box is checked, I get "your organization's administrator turned off the service required to use this feature". I don't have an organization. This is my home computer and I am the administrator! I get the same response when clicking the HELP icon in Outlook.
